Things were mostly ok. I was never able to get the contact for my back door fixed. The problem is if you move they hound you to transfer service when you try to cancel. Multiple contacts from a sales man rather than just canceling like I asked, I repeatedly explained I moved 1300 miles away, I said 2 twice I don't want your alarm. Please just cancel my account, since communicating this directly did not work.

Jonathan was here to replace a couple sensors and put in lights and camera above my garage. He was amazing. Explained everything to me and showed on my phone how to look up everything. It's a 5 star for him.
