He did a great job, did not feel rushed, I had 2 places that needed stretching, they were wrinkled and ugly, now you can’t even tell where they were! Fantastic, professional workmanship! I couldn’t be happier! The carpet feels fluffy again, I love the cleaning solution used, no residue, clean smelling, and super nice people in person and on the phone! I highly recommend this company!!

Seriously could not be happier!! After having someone else schedule with me and then completely no-show, I was already irritated as hell and just wanted my carpets cleaned. 😂😂😂 I’m sooo glad I ended up finding Thoro-Clene Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning instead. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and absolutely killed it!! My carpet looks sooo much better. You can literally see the difference in the pictures—the cleaning lines alone are ridiculously satisfying. 😂🥰😜 I have pets, kids, and a house that actually gets lived in, so these carpets definitely weren’t getting the easy treatment. They took their time, got everything looking fresh again, and didn’t try to charge me some insane amount of money to do it. Reliable people who do great work and charge a fair price are getting harder and harder to find, so when I find someone good, I’m going to give them credit!! 10/10 recommend and I’ll absolutely be using them again. Also.. if carpet lines make your brain happy, LOOK AT THEM!! 😍😍😍
