Thrasher has excellent communication with friendly staff. Eric was assigned as my technician and he was a pleasure to meet and speak with. He empathized with my concerns and really took the time to inspect and remediate. I feel assured that when I have any issues in the future, he will be there to help. Fingers…

Ricardo was on time and did the treatment thoroughly.
From booking through to the appointment everything was quick and painless! Great service, very friendly, kind folks. Eddie our technician was great! Will definitely use them again.
Al Oregon, my technician today, was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and respectful of my home. Most important to me was that he exhibited unmatched courtesy, but was also really personable. He should be an instructor in client satisfaction to the rest of the Thrasher technicians. Addendum - Ben…
After my pest company cancelled an appointment because a tech called in sick (it happens, no big deal) I was told the next available appointment would be a week away. A week is a long time to have ants on parade in your kitchen and bathrooms. Thrasher was at my house the next day and Ben took care of the issue in…
Andy Gutierrez showed up on time, was polite and helpful. He located places where the ants were coming into the house, places I hadn't noticed, and treated all those areas. He will check back in two weeks to see if any further treatments are needed. I would highly recommend him.
We’ve been using Thrasher’s services for going on 7 years now and we can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. Our main guy is Mark and he really goes above and beyond to make sure he keeps our place free from bugs and nasty little critters. Mark is why we have stayed with them and will…

Miguel is the best. He always texts me before coming to my home. He always reads my notes and knows what I need. We usually take a few moments to talk about family and vacations. Today he even came back to our patio to clean up a little extra problems with rodents. What a professional. I appreciate him and the service he provides. Thank you, Miguel!
Sebastian is very knowledgeable and nice and fast in getting the job done .
Wonderful service, and our tech is honest with the work being done and able to work around our families crazy schedule. I recommend Thrasher pest control and the no contract no gimmick is very refreshing in the past control world because it holds all parties accountable.
I loved Isiah! He was prompt, professional, communicated clearly, very knowledgeable and very likable. So happy he is our new technician!! We just changed to Thrasher pest control and very happy we did.
Edoardo was thorough in inspecting the areas affected by bed bugs. He answered our questions as he inspected. He provided 3 options for eradication and was able to provide a quote for the selected method before he left.
Christian was great, prompt, informative, kind. After he arived he got right to it without disrupting my morning. Christian serviced our property (interior and exterior) for ants and did an excellent job. He clearly explained the service, listened to my concerns, and presented the monthly membership option without being pushy—which I appreciated, as that's always been a red flag with the two other pest control companies I've…
Andre was thorough and professional. He took the time to confer with us regarding areas that needed additional treatment. We highly recommend him as a technician.
