Thrasher has excellent communication with friendly staff. Eric was assigned as my technician and he was a pleasure to meet and speak with. From booking through to the appointment everything was quick and painless! Great service, very friendly, kind folks. Eddie our technician was great! Will definitely use them again.
Al Oregon, my technician today, was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and respectful of my home. Most important to me was that he exhibited unmatched courtesy, but was also really personable. He should be an instructor in client satisfaction to the rest of the Thrasher technicians. Addendum - Ben…
After my pest company cancelled an appointment because a tech called in sick (it happens, no big deal) I was told the next available appointment would be a week away. A week is a long time to have ants on parade in your kitchen and bathrooms. Thrasher was at my house the next day and Ben took care of the issue in…
Andy Gutierrez showed up on time, was polite and helpful. He located places where the ants were coming into the house, places I hadn't noticed, and treated all those areas. He will check back in two weeks to see if any further treatments are needed. I would highly recommend him.

Sebastian is very knowledgeable and nice and fast in getting the job done .
Wonderful service, and our tech is honest with the work being done and able to work around our families crazy schedule. I recommend Thrasher pest control and the no contract no gimmick is very refreshing in the past control world because it holds all parties accountable.

I have been using Thrasher for years for regular pest control and when we moved Damien came in and quickly solved all our issues. He was courteous and was insistent on following the beat practices of the company, going so far as to not enter the house without shoe covers. The professionalism and results mean Thrasher has a customer for life.
First time. Tech was very pleasant. His report did not list spiders (just ants) which were on our complaint list - I think he treated for them??? If not he needs to come back.
Thrasher has been great. Everyone I have spoken with or had at the house has been professional, polite, and very helpful. I can't remember her name now (I'm sorry), but the first person I spoke with to schedule our termite inspection was very friendly, polite and informative. I was able to schedule an inspection…
