Al Oregon, my technician today, was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and respectful of my home. Most important to me was that he exhibited unmatched courtesy, but was also really personable. He should be an instructor in client satisfaction to the rest of the Thrasher technicians. Miguel is the best. He always texts me before coming to my home. He always reads my notes and knows what I need. We usually take a few moments to talk about family and vacations. Today he even came back to our patio to clean up a little extra problems with rodents. What a professional. I appreciate him and the service he provides. Thank you, Miguel!
Wonderful service, and our tech is honest with the work being done and able to work around our families crazy schedule. I recommend Thrasher pest control and the no contract no gimmick is very refreshing in the past control world because it holds all parties accountable.
