Al Oregon, my technician today, was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and respectful of my home. Addendum - Ben…

Our experience with this company was great, and Christian was the best. Professional, courteous, kind and got the job done! We had pests and they were eradicated after the 2 scheduled visits. I have been using Thrasher for years for regular pest control and when we moved Damien came in and quickly solved all our issues. He was courteous and was insistent on following the beat practices of the company, going so far as to not enter the house without shoe covers. The professionalism and results mean Thrasher has a customer for life.
First time. Tech was very pleasant. His report did not list spiders (just ants) which were on our complaint list - I think he treated for them??? If not he needs to come back.
