Thrasher Pest Control

We have always been pleased with Trasher's service. Part of that is of course the quality of service they provide. We have noticed a significant decrease in pest activity after having our house treated. But the people providing the service are excellent as well. Trasher clearly takes time and invests in their employees. This is reflected in the way the service is provided. Eddie is always pleasant, takes time to answer questions and communicates clearly. Thank to the Trasher team and especially Eddie

We had an excellent experience with Andres and could not be happier with the service he provided. From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, professional, and communicative. He took the time to really listen to our concerns, thoroughly explain what he was seeing, and walk us through what he recommended and why. What impressed us most was his persistence and dedication to actually resolving our problem. Andres had to come back to our home multiple times, and each time he was just as attentive and thorough as the first. He never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or that he was simply trying to get through another appointment. He continued coming back, troubleshooting, and working with us until the problem was finally resolved. That level of follow-through meant a lot to us. Andres was also incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had, took our concerns seriously, and made sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. We genuinely felt like we could trust him and that he cared about getting the job done correctly rather than just providing a temporary fix. We are extremely happy with Andres and the service he provided. His professionalism, communication, knowledge, patience, and willingness to keep working on the issue until it was resolved really stood out to us. He went above and beyond what we expected and represented the company exceptionally well. We would absolutely request Andres again and would recommend him without hesitation. He is a huge asset to the company and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of care and customer service he provides. Five stars are well deserved!

Eddie from Thrasher took care of our spider problem and did a great job. He walked the whole property, checked the eaves, garage, and corners where they were hiding, and explained exactly what he was treating. No pressure, no upsell. The webs stopped showing up within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend Thrasher, and ask for Eddie!"

Andy was great! He was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and was an overall pleasure to work with. Great experience with Thrasher Pest Control!

Always great, thank you!

Thrasher sent Damian when I called between my usual treatments to help with a small ant party. Courteous and respectful, Damian provided interior and exterior treatment for a focused defense against those little creatures. I appreciate Thrasher and no door to door dude on a mono tire getaround thing can convince me I need a different pest treatment company.

Very knowledgeable and very professional.
