I dropped off my sons’ martial arts uniforms, and they came back crisp, bright white, and looking sharp, perfectly ready for their tournament! The employees were also friendly and welcoming. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning for their next tournament and future events. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with the quality of work that you all do! I brought a Down Comforter with a slight smell to it and a stains to have clean. The smell is still there and it was a very poor job being clean, it was whiter when I brought it in compared to when I pick it up. I have had this same comforter clean with stains and with an odor at Widmers Dry Cleaners for years and it always came back perfect. Now I am looking for another Dry Clearnes that has that same quality and care as Widmers did to clean my blankets and comforter. Tide Clearnes will never touch anything else of mine again!

We sincerely apologize for the poor cleaning results on your comforter. We understand how disappointing this is! While some stains and odors can be difficult to remove completely, your comforter should not have come back looking worse than when you brought it in. We are always happy to attempt another cleaning at no additional charge, but we understand your hesitation to return. We’re truly sorry we let you down and will be addressing your concerns with our production team.

I like Tide Dry Cleaners in East Walnut Hills. They usually have quick service. They did loose my husbands white shirt but then found it and it was free and my dress as well. We will be back!

This is NOT Widmers any.more. pressing is AWFUL. We sent a nimbernofnitems back to be re-pressed and they came back worse.. We love the alterations there but not the cleaning and not the pressing. Sorry, been coming for 30 years and VERY VERY disappointed.
