Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing across various services, including seasonal lawn care, snow removal, and irrigation system installation. Reviewers often highlight the professional and polite nature of the crew, noting that the quality of work on tasks like retaining walls and yard maintenance exceeds expectations. However, a low-star review describes a specific instance where a customer was not contacted after being placed on a waiting list for snow removal, indicating a potential issue with follow-up communication during high-demand periods.

I hired Tierra Landscaping And Snow Removal Inc. Last year for the seasonal lawn care. They showed up weekly, trimmed, cut and made the lawn look nice. They do a great job for a reasonable fee. If you are looking, then you’ve found your lawn crew.
Called and asked to have my drive way shoveled was given a price and was told they would be here around three or 4 PM. I called at 4:30 and then at 6:15 and then at 7:30 at 4:30. He told me there was a list and he would get back to me was never gotten back to.
