Came back from vacation, to find that AC stopped cooling. TA came out quickly & diagnosed an external chewed up wire. Quickly fixed it and AC is cooling again. Ty Ruben & Tiger Air. There is no better HVAC company in Texas! Always professional, with Honesty and Integrity.
David came out to fix our unit that kept disconnecting to the thermostat. He took his time and also made sure to explain the issue to me. I was very impressed with him.
David was very helpful and fixed our air quickly and efficiently
A good company with guys who are honest. Take their recommendations and if they aren't being straight shooters then you'll known. Prior owner didn't take care of the AC unit at my condo and they have had to come back due to issues that were unforeseen, they didn't charge me to return and they have been honest about…
Feel like the went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

David and Enrique came to my house after the master bedroom unit suddenly stopped working. They fixed the issue (giving me a couple options on how to do it) and did so in a timely manner. They took pictures to explain the work and were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this company and specifically David…
Byron came by and besides being so friendly and respectful, he let us know exactly what he was doing and ended up diagnosing the issue properly and saving us from having to do a bigger repair. The front desk was also very professional and friendly as well. They let us know exactly when they were going to come.
The technician was very knowledgeable about my problem, and answered all my questions. He completed the repair quickly, and was conscientious about cleaning up after complting the work. I will definitely continue to use this service when needed.
My team always has nothing but positive words after their experiences with every technician that has helped us and Kay made it super easy to schedule via text. We’ll continue to recommend them for personal and commercial hvac/refrigeration needs!
Enrique and Kevin were super helpful - prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They came out on New Year’s Eve to fix our furnace on a cold day. Glad we called them!
I was very satisfied with Tiger Air last year in replacing my old unit. I called today to fix or work on work on the thermostat. They came through on such short notice and a very prompt response...Bryon was efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks
Kevin was an amazing help and made sure to explain everything to me in such a way I also understood what was going on!
They were very helpful and kind. They answered all the questions I had. Great job! I would recommend!
I cannot speak more highly of Moshe and the Tiger Air team. For two years, we had issues moving air into certain areas of the house. We had had three other HVAC companies come out and everyone had a different answer to the problem and a different cost. Moshe figured out the problem…and drew it out on paper to help…
Exceptional service. The technicians were prompt, transparent about the repairs needed, and trustworthy. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely use them again!
