David from Tiger Heating and Air did an excellent job. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and took the time to identify multiple ways to improve the system’s efficiency. He answered all of my questions clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. Really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail—highly recommend!
David is wonderful! Personable and knowledgeable. I love using this company.
Starting with the office reminder & coordination of our spring ac checkup & scheduling within a week of the reminder, plus their excellent communication on arrival times which they were early in the time frame not waiting through the couple of hour window, to Kevin the technician, another great experience with…

We had Reuben visit us and he was incredibly polite, very helpful and professional. He’s a great asset for Tiger and we enjoyed meeting him. We paid for the basic plan as it seemed better value.

Very professional, on time, thorough, thank you!
I had an issue with a pipes leaking outside and into the pan in the attic. We’ve had different techs out here in the past and it looks like they only put a bandaid on the issue. Mo figured out that our pipes were secured in the wrong places, that they were essentially switched. They stayed longer to fix the issue…
Mark Figueroa he is very knowledgeable walked me through the whole process. Made sure that I knew exactly what was going on in a non-condescending way because I really didn’t know anything. I actually feel happy that I’m spending my money to get this problem addressed properly and fixed. I will definitely use Mark and his crew on all my properties.
These guys know what they're doing, respectful and knowledgeable.
Our unit overflowed into our drain pan, leaked into our attic and through our kitchen ceiling on a Saturday evening. I scheduled a visit online and the guys were here first thing Monday morning. They replaced what needed to be replaced and took extra steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again. They were friendly,…

Did the whole job in just a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves afterwards. Really happy with this service.
It’s so refreshing to have honest people come out to do repairs. You see so many horror stories online of people that get ripped off. This is my second experience with these guys and I’ve never felt bad about either one of them.
