Came back from vacation, to find that AC stopped cooling. TA came out quickly & diagnosed an external chewed up wire. Quickly fixed it and AC is cooling again. Ty Ruben & Tiger Air. There is no better HVAC company in Texas! Always professional, with Honesty and Integrity.
David came out to fix our unit that kept disconnecting to the thermostat. He took his time and also made sure to explain the issue to me. I was very impressed with him.
David was very helpful and fixed our air quickly and efficiently
A good company with guys who are honest. Take their recommendations and if they aren't being straight shooters then you'll known. Prior owner didn't take care of the AC unit at my condo and they have had to come back due to issues that were unforeseen, they didn't charge me to return and they have been honest about…
Feel like the went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
Kevin the technician was very helpful, fast, efficient and fair price
David was great. THANKS!
Excellent! Prompt, reasonable, effective. All of the above. David was great.
David and Enrique came to my house after the master bedroom unit suddenly stopped working. They fixed the issue (giving me a couple options on how to do it) and did so in a timely manner. They took pictures to explain the work and were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this company and specifically David…
Byron came by and besides being so friendly and respectful, he let us know exactly what he was doing and ended up diagnosing the issue properly and saving us from having to do a bigger repair. The front desk was also very professional and friendly as well. They let us know exactly when they were going to come.
The technician was very knowledgeable about my problem, and answered all my questions. He completed the repair quickly, and was conscientious about cleaning up after complting the work. I will definitely continue to use this service when needed.
My team always has nothing but positive words after their experiences with every technician that has helped us and Kay made it super easy to schedule via text. We’ll continue to recommend them for personal and commercial hvac/refrigeration needs!
Enrique and Kevin were super helpful - prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They came out on New Year’s Eve to fix our furnace on a cold day. Glad we called them!
I was very satisfied with Tiger Air last year in replacing my old unit. I called today to fix or work on work on the thermostat. They came through on such short notice and a very prompt response...Bryon was efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks
Kevin was an amazing help and made sure to explain everything to me in such a way I also understood what was going on!
They were very helpful and kind. They answered all the questions I had. Great job! I would recommend!
I cannot speak more highly of Moshe and the Tiger Air team. For two years, we had issues moving air into certain areas of the house. We had had three other HVAC companies come out and everyone had a different answer to the problem and a different cost. Moshe figured out the problem…and drew it out on paper to help…
Exceptional service. The technicians were prompt, transparent about the repairs needed, and trustworthy. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely use them again!
Tiger is the best!! I have an elderly tenant and they are always quick to take care of her and for that I am very grateful!!
Always the best. On time and friendly. No shakedowns
Moshe is the best. If you want the tech that knows AC, ask for Moshe.
Returned from long trip to find AC not working and a very hot house. Tiger was able to send a tech within hours who replaced a faulty thermostat. The house cooled off right away. Will definitely call them again.
Such an easy and quick experience. Will definitely use them again.
I've been using their annual service plan for a couple years now. Abe was great today. Found a small leak that will save me on my gas bill. I highly recommend Tiger Air. Great service, reliable, and reasonably priced.
Kevin, HVAC Technician, quickly and professionally maintenanced my air conditioner unit/replaced filter. Highly recommend Tiger Air!! Jeri Quarles
Very professional, on time, thorough, thank you!
I had an issue with a pipes leaking outside and into the pan in the attic. We’ve had different techs out here in the past and it looks like they only put a bandaid on the issue. Mo figured out that our pipes were secured in the wrong places, that they were essentially switched. They stayed longer to fix the issue…
Byron Coleman (I think is his last name) was here 2 weeks ago, replaced our thermostat. Here again today to repair an electrical wiring problem. Byron is a great asset to your company! He is very professional in dealing with clients, and he explains the problem and repair fully before he continues. Plus, gave us…
Mark Figueroa he is very knowledgeable walked me through the whole process. Made sure that I knew exactly what was going on in a non-condescending way because I really didn’t know anything. I actually feel happy that I’m spending my money to get this problem addressed properly and fixed. I will definitely use Mark and his crew on all my properties.
I would give this place ten stars if I could! I actually waited three months after service to post this review after having another experience where the service I paid for did not last. Well I'm here to report that Tiger Air is the best provider around. After being told I needed three different repairs by three…
This is the second time I have used them and both times they were quick and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to get it back running. I called them with the service call on 9/15/25 around 1pm and by 3-4pm my AC was back running. The gentlemen that serviced me on 9/15/25 is named Sam. He was very sociable, offering…
These guys know what they're doing, respectful and knowledgeable.
Tiger Air had prompt service. I called after hours and someone picked up the phone (didn’t have to leave a voicemail). I was put on the schedule for the next morning. Byron, the tech, was at my house by 9:30am. He was courteous and polite and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I believe the whole thing…
Mendy was fantastic! He had to deal with my mother who was in the attic with him wanting declog something herself to save money. Bless him! Very knowledgeable and gave insight on how to alleviate this issue for my ac unit in the future.
Our unit overflowed into our drain pan, leaked into our attic and through our kitchen ceiling on a Saturday evening. I scheduled a visit online and the guys were here first thing Monday morning. They replaced what needed to be replaced and took extra steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again. They were friendly,…
Moe was friendly and fixed the problem quickly. Was here maybe 30 minutes total. AC blows ice cold now. Tiger will be my go to from now on!
I highly recommend Tiger Air. This is my second time using them. This is the only company that my family uses for their AC needs. When you live in Texas, you need a reliable company to service your AC and that is Tiger Air.
Highly recommend! The whole team is fantastic. Yosef Reynolds went above and beyond for me. Great value and customer service. I got my filter changed Byron was my tech and did a thorough job with my check up

These guys are great. Had the air go out on a Saturday and they had a tech out here next day. Moshe was fantastic and made sure he didn’t leave until everything was up and running well. He really knows his stuff and his level of customer service is unmatched.
Excellent service as always from Tiger Air. Moshe was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issue in short order while explaining what he was doing. I lover Tiger Air. They are by far the best HVAC company in DFW.
I contacted Tiger Air on a Sunday of an holiday weekend and unfortunately they did not have anyone that could help that day. I told them not to worry and continued to look for someone who could. Unfortunately I had no luck. The next morning Tiger Air contacted me to see if I had gained because they had a tech…

I had a broken AC. Tiger Air responded very quickly and got the job done.
Won’t trust any other company! They are the best! So quick to come out and always professional and knowledgeable. Techs go above and beyond to assess and fix issues.
