6 months into my case and I still have no clue what's going on. I call for updates, and the case managers on my case are never in the office and never return my calls. I wish i would have chosen someone else to represent me. I was drawn in by that catchy jingle. At least they got the marketing right. EDIT: Thank you so much for the quick response.
