Google reviewers praise Tile Metrics for its wide selection of tiles, countertops, and fixtures, along with helpful guidance during the planning process. Customers frequently highlight the team's punctuality, professional communication, and efficient completion of bathroom, kitchen, and flooring projects. However, a small number of one-star reviews criticize the company for disorganization, poor communication, and installation errors, including improper floor preparation and plumbing work performed without proper licensing.

Amazing tile selection. Incredibly helpful!!!
This was the second project my wife and I contracted with Tile Metrics based on their quality work on a previous project. Renovations of two bathrooms which included tile floors, shower/bath tub tile walls, vanity counter tops, toilets and faucet sets for sinks and shower/bath tub. The first project was installation of wood look porcelain tiles throughout the house. Tile Metrics is a family owned business. Owners Rolando, his wife Anna, their sons, and office administrator Barbara are all wonderful to work with. They were very helpful in identifying suitable tiles (type, shape, size, color) from the myriad of choices available based on our design criteria. The subcontractors employed reflect the standard of quality, care, attention to detail and customer service Tile Metrics wants to communicate as a brand. Subcontractors communicated each day what the objectives were and checked with us at key milestones on whether we were satisfied with the quality of work. Highly Recommended!!!
Just finished our second job with Tile Metrics. They are great to work with. Communication is easy. They show up and work respectfully and efficiently. The finished product is fantastic!
Rolando and his team at Tile Metrics are a true high-quality one-stop shop for all your remodeling projects. They just finished our bathroom remodel, and we couldn't be happier with their work. For Tile Metrics, the customer is always number 1.
Tile metrics recently renovated my pool bathroom. Great workmanship. Very professional. This is my second bathroom project. Highly recommended.
Thank you! We enjoyed working in your home.
Great selections.
I was in the market for a kitchen, master bath, and floor remodel in my home. I have lots of friends in construction, but I was wise enough to know better than to hire “friends” to do the job. I am extremely picky and OCD when it comes to detail and cleaning. I used Better Business Bureau to find local remodeling companies. I did this because I trust the BBB and I wanted a company which I would not pay if the job was not completed in accordance with the contract and my expectations; also, another reason to not hire a “friend.” I called several companies and among all my projects, I had 11 quotes. I did not choose the cheapest. I chose the company that was the most responsive and seemed eager to do my work. I am glad I did. I choose Tile Metrics, located in Oviedo. I went to the shop and met with staff. My wife and I were able to choose all our products from this location. The store seems small and quite busy. Don’t let that fool you. They have so much product and ideas to offer. Now to the important part. From beginning to end, the company stayed in contact with me. They emailed and sometimes called me almost daily to coordinate work, projects, and keep me informed. This was exactly what I wanted. They are also a one-stop shop in that they do almost all the work themselves. No separate contractors to deal with, just one single point of contact. Most of the work was done by an in-house crew, which if you do not know, is very important. The worker men that came to my house were clean cut, polite, professional, and did top notch work. Can you imagine having a remodel with almost no complaints? All you hear are horror stories about remodeling your home. Tile Metrics took care of everything. They did all the flooring in my house, including removing old tile and hardwood floors (dustless), new kitchen quartz countertops and back splash. Moved plumbing and electrical. Installed new toilets in 2 bathrooms. And a complete master bath remodel with everything new. The work was done quickly without delay. Once they started, they stayed on my project until it was done. For the parts of the projects they did not do in-house, the subs were equally good. As for price, they were fair and probably in the middle to lower end of all my quotes. I have no complaints, which is rare of me. I will be hiring Tile Metrics again in the future to complete more projects at my home, as soon as I save up more money.
Joey! Thank you for your feedback. We hope you enjoy the renovation for many years to come.
Easy to work with, fair price and excellent work. Highly recommended.
They came highly recommended, and I would definitely recommend them as well. I recently used Tile Metrics for a tub-to-shower conversion, and I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the final result. They have a wide selection of tiles and let me take home the tiles I liked along with matching grout samples just so I could see how everything looked in my space. They were also willing to order additional samples from their catalog for tiles they didn’t currently have in stock. The tile work itself is beautiful and very detailed. The team was flexible and very accommodating with my schedule, even when some parts I ordered didn’t arrive as expected. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
We appreciate your business and feedback. It was a pleasure working with you. Thank you!
