Customers report that the company provides thorough tile, grout, and carpet cleaning services, often noting punctual arrivals, clear communication, and fair pricing. Many reviewers highlight the visible improvement in floor appearance and the professional, respectful behavior of the staff during the cleaning process. One low-star review criticized the service for leaving mold and soap scum in a shower and described a negative phone interaction involving unanswered calls and a rude tone.

Dave did an excellent deep cleaning and sealing job on my ceramic tile floors today.
I had them professionally cleaned, by a different company in the past. Tile N Grout You Can Smile About, did a much better and more thorough job. I purchased my condo 5 years ago - my floors have never looked so clean, and so good. I am very pleased!
