Tile, Perfected

I highly recommend Tony and his team for any type of tile work you are planning. A minor refrigerator leak lead to the replacement of tile flooring throughout my entire home. His crew - Aaron, Mark, Ryan, Ryan and Morgan brought expert knowledge and skill to every aspect of my flooring replacement. Everyone on his team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home, and scheduling was always convenient. An unexpected bonus was Tony’s design acumen. I’m very happy with the collaborative effort during planning and with the results - his initial estimate was impressively close to the final cost! I already plan to work with Tony on additional home upgrades next year. I’m almost concerned at posting such a stellar review at the risk of revealing one of the best kept secrets in the Sedona area for tile work and renovation!

Tony and his team were great! They stuck to a time table that we had established ahead of time, were professional, and above all did amazing work. My family and I couldn’t be happier with our new tile floors. Any future home projects that we have will 100% include using them!

Tony and crew were awesome to work with. A Professional job all the way.

Tile Perfected did an excellent job for us. Highly recommended in my book. Pricing was very good.

Great service..excellent knowledge and work ethics. An awsome choice if you want it done tight!

Thank you, Tile Perfected! I absolutely love the backsplash Aaron installed in my kitchen. Aaron is very detailed in his work, ensuring every aspect of installation is to perfection. Tony quoted a great price for high end materials used in the process, such as, the thin set, grout, etc. The company is ultra conscious of protecting the property of the homeowner, and leaving everything as pristine as it was upon arrival. I cannot commend them more for their beautiful work. Should I need similar services in the future, I'll certainly be calling Tile Perfected.

Tile, Preferred is the company you want to call if flooring is what you need. My mother had an awful tile job done on her kitchen in which the person responsible agreed it was poorly done and needed to come out. This person kept my 78 yo mother with no access to her kitchen for almost 10 days and never showed up to pull up the awful tile. I have no experience with flooring of any kind and decided to call the first business listed on Google which, thank goodness, turned out to be Tile, Preferred. Tony, owner, answered my call (Wednesday), I explained my mom's situation and he was at her house surveying the floor in less than an hour. The next day Tony and his wonderful team were there again at 8am pulling out the tile and cleaning what was underneath and by Friday afternoon she had her brand new floor installed, which Tony even went with her to pick it out! I can't say "thank you" enough, Tony, for all you did for my mom! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently had our kitchen and family room floor done by Tile Perfected. The owner’s name is Tony San Felice. We used a tile that was 4’ long x 10” wide. It is an Italian made ceramic/porcelain tile that simulates a wood floor. It was not an easy tile to lay! Add to it, we had an uneven floor that needed to be remedied before the flooring could be put down. We had bids from four different tilers. Tony wasn’t the cheapest and he told me he wasn’t going to be the cheapest. However, I wanted a quality job in what I knew was going to be a difficult project. A couple of things stood out: 1. He was upfront and honest about when his crew would be available. 2. His bid was in line with the work needed. 3. He was honest and communicative about the scope of the work. 4. His installer was what I would call a “Master Craftsman”! Everything had to be done perfectly, or it was unacceptable! 5. He has several crews, so he is very flexible on staffing and resources. In the end, Tile Perfected was the right company for our job! We could not have picked a better tile installer! We will have them back to other flooring in our house. I would highly recommend Tony and Team. They do what they say they are going to do!

I work as a Building Inspector and am very impressed by the quality and professionalism presented by this company and their workers, I highly recommend them for your renovation projects.

Really appreciated talent and ultimate product! Tony is very knowledgeable and very helpful in product selection and design ideas.
