We received 3 quotes for a repair on flashing on our roof. Our estimator was extremely honest and told us what did and didn’t need to be replaced instead of just encouraging us to file a claim with our homeowners insurance to get a new roof. The work was prompt and looks great! Would definitely recommend them to anyway!

I had 4 different companies come and give estimates on my 1100sqft home. Tim Leeper was the only one of the three that met all my requirements. Super fast quote, very good price, terrific communication and follow through and some really nice people to deal with. They 100% earned this review with their professionalism, level of respect and friendliness. They were speedy all throughout even the day of install. I cannot recommend them enough. I will consider them first going forward. 10 thumbs way up! Happy customer!

We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Tim Leeper roofing. We were selling our home and had somethings we needed to take care of. They came out and did a whole walkover of our roof. Addressed issues that needed to be taken care of, gave us an estimate( very fair and reasonable), got us on schedule as soon as possible due to the sale of our home, came on time , the gentleman removed and replaced damaged shingles and addressed other issues, cleaned up, removed debris and left the property immaculate. I can't say enough about this company or their workers.I highly highly recommend them. Tim Leeper roofing, thank you for everything and making this process as smooth and easy for us as possible.
Thank you so much, Regina! We are so grateful for your high recommendation! Cleanliness and quality craftsmanship are top priorities for us, and we're glad our crew left your property immaculate after completing your roof repair and shingle replacement. Thank you for trusting Tim Leeper Roofing!

About five years ago, I had a new roof installed by a well-known Nashville company, but it has had a small leak since the beginning. They never found the source and eventually gave up, and other roofers I hired couldn't fix it either.
A couple of weeks ago, after some shingles blew off, I called Tim Leeper Roofing. When their representative came out, I mentioned my ongoing frustration with that leak. He actually listened and inspected the area, discovering that some of the original shingles hadn't been installed properly, which was causing water to pool.
He came up with a clear, reasonable plan to fix it. Since the repairs were completed, we've had a major rainstorm, and I’m happy to report there was no leak. I would definitely recommend them—they’re the only ones who actually listened, understood the problem, and provided a real solution.

Thank you so much for the outstanding review, Steven! They came to correct a couple areas where water was penetrating through exposed nails, added a couple vents and seal around our power pole. They showed on time and conducted the work well. Ran into a couple items that they addressed immediately. They even reduced the price due to work that was planned reducing.

Thank you, Garrek! Jason will be glad to hear the same day roof quote and the shingle samples made the decision easy, bringing the full range out to the house is how he likes to do it.
