My wife and I met Tim on 8/24/2026 to get an appraisal on my sister in law's house and our house. Tim was recommended by a friend of my wife who had sold her home recently. Tim met us and gave us appraisals on both homes. He had already collected comparable listings in our neighborhoods. In addition to the appraisals he gave advice on what improvements we should do before selling the homes. We decided to list my sister in law's home but wanted to do the improvements first. Tim recommended a very capable handyman that put a new floor in a basement room. When the work was done we listed the home on 9/17/2026. We had 17 showings in the next 4 days. We had a pending contract on 9/21/2026. We closed on the home on 10/16/2026. Tim and Amanda were extremely helpful during the whole process of selling the home. They were always a call or text or email away to help with any issues. Tim recommended a mover to help remove some bedroom sets. We were totally satisfied with the whole process and would recommend Tim Sotis to anyone contemplating selling your property.
