My fiancée and I are in the process of buying a house and timberline inspections was so amazing to work with. David was very detail oriented and patient explaining all of the findings!
I've worked with David on 5 home inspections now. He is professional, easy to talk to, communicates great with my buyer clients and gives them accurate information about the property.
One of the only Inspection Companies I trust to provide an easy to understand and transparent snapshot of the health of their soon to be home or investment property. David Bellis in particular is incredibly thorough and communicative. Go with best... all these 5 stars review are coincidence!
Jonathon was quickly available for an inspection we needed which was done in a timely and efficient manner. He was thorough and took detailed photos of any issues he found and explained them to us in detail and shared suggestions as to how we can improve or correct these findings. He was very friendly and shared a detailed report with us by the end of the day allowing us to see all his notes. Thank you, Jonathon!
Pleasure to work with. He was very informative and when into detail with everything. Excellent inspection
Explained everything, incredibly thorough, and offered really helpful insight. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Thanks David!
David was very thorough! He sent a way above and beyond report with each item broken down and with pictures. Then he walked us through it on the phone. Definitely hire Timberline for your inspection!
I recently had an inspection with David Bellis from Timberline and was very impressed. He did a very thorough inspection inside and outside of the home. I appreciate that he sat down with me and my realtor to review his report. The information was organized in a way that was easy to understand and made it easy to prioritize the needs for repair for the present and future.
Very detailed. Glad we hired this service. Thanks, David!
Jonathon inspected our home before purchase. The work was very thorough and thoughtful. He took the time to answer all our questions, and explain elements of the construction and report that we were unfamiliar with. Highly recommend.
