Out of every nanny agency I’ve worked with I’ve had the most luck with Tiny Treasures with landing employment. This agency makes finding a friendly warm work environment very easy. My needs are taken into consideration every time.
Update (1 star): Ruka presents half truths and flat out misrepresentations below which are great examples of how she has handled herself professionally with our family. - The nanny Tiny Treasures placed, was with us for 3.5 months, not 5 months (just barely beyond the 3 month window of no return). - Ruka neglects to mention that she was personally "fuming" because of the way the nanny she placed with us had conducted herself (quitting w/ less than half of the contractually obligated 4 weeks notice). We parted on good terms with that nanny because we had a good relationship and always treated her very well. Even if that respect wasn't returned in the end. - At no point did we tell her the 2 candidates she sent us during this months long "exhaustive" search were great nannies. They seemed ok but not a fit for our family for a number of reasons. - The first candidate did not swim which was a requirement for us. - The second candidate had never worked with multiple children households, also a requirement for us. - The suggestion that we moved to a "very small town" is comical. We are moving to Westchester county in NY which has no shortage of working nannies (anyone familiar with the area knows that to be true). We are also less than 10min from White Plains, one of the largest cities in Westchester. What I find even more troublesome is the suggestion that we are discriminating based on age which is a gross misrepresentation of our situation. We decided to bite the bullet and pay up for an agency because we wanted a long term placement, have a 2 year old and plan to expand our family soon. Neither of the 2 candidates we were sent met our basic list of requirements. We have an email out to her that has gone unanswered for weeks but she claims to have been busy continuing her search. Absolute nonsense. I couldn't recommend a business less than Tiny Treasures. There are plenty of other options out there and anyone doing their research should do themselves a favor and avoid TT. Initial (2 star): Tiny Treasures charged us more than $9k to place a nanny "looking for a long-term placement" that quit 3 months after taking the job. This nanny also provided less than 1/2 of the contractually obligated notice before her last day of work. Given the very short notice we had to find our own replacement outside of the agency and we were told that our next search would be discounted.... fast forward a year and we are moving to Westchester, NY. Engaged Ruka from Tiny Treasures several months ago about our requirements and have been sent a grand total of 2 candidates before getting an email this morning saying we would be better off looking on Facebook/Sittercity than using their agency.... I would not recommend this Agency to anyone based on our experiences with them and their nannies. Agency has expressed plainly that there are NO REFUNDS for their "SERVICES".

Great agency, I’m working with them almost last 5 years, 2 times they was found for me great position and they made me so happy, great people in agency, they always talking with you nicely, always trying to find the position that you are looking for.
