Tip Top Garage Door Service
Tip Top Garage Door Service at a glance
Customers frequently praise the company for rapid response times, clear communication, and detailed explanations of repairs, noting that technicians often arrive promptly and provide honest diagnoses. Services include spring replacements, opener installations, and general repairs, with many reviewers highlighting fair pricing and professional conduct. However, several low-star reviews criticize high costs for standard spring work, a lack of follow-up on failed repairs, and perceived pressure to purchase expensive replacements over minor fixes.

My garage door needed immediate repairs. I contacted Tip Top Garage Door and the service was excellent. Within minutes I had an appointment for a technician to arrive to my home in 3 hrs. I was later informed when he was on his way. Bryan London arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment time. He was well spoken, had great manners and was very knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options on how to take care of the repairs, with an estimate for each. I then asked him to charge also the springs since one was pretty old. The price quoted was very fair. Bryan did an awesome job and my garage door works and sounds smoother than it had in a week or so. I highly recommend Bryan London and Tip Tops Garage Door Service.

Bryan was my technician after I lost my garage door keys and remote at my condo. They sent someone out within 20 minutes of my call, and Bryan was able to open the garage, provide an honest diagnosis, and get me a new set of keys. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free. There is a service fee for having a technician come out, but the speed and efficiency made it worth it. I would definitely recommend them again if you need fast, no-nonsense service!
