Great experience at Tire Works. The manager was professional, took his time to find me the best deal on tires, and explained everything clearly. Even though they were busy, the technicians worked efficiently and did the job right, definitely coming back for my other vehicles to get tires here. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish! My alignment was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. My vehicle drives perfectly now. I recommend Jalen and Jose they’ve shown action for quality work, fair service, and kept everything organized.

Service requested: Install 2 new rear tires, tires provided, oil change, and check on "service air bag light". 1) above service took three hours while we waited, should have been max 1.5 hours. 2) Advised the check on "Service air bag light" would cost $139 just for diagnostics. What a way to lose a customer. 3) Car returned with grease fingerprints left side hood and fender, just paid $23.00 the day before for car wash and wax. 4) Black grease footprints all over driver side kick plate area. 5)Left rear, high polish finish, wheel had three nicks from careless tire change process. 6) Both replaced tires were left with grease handprints and tire lube on them. 7) Finally advised that service data showed the car needed brake fluid flush, replaced fluid, anti-freeze replacement and fuel system servicing, all for a mere $700.00 You decide, is this the place for your car?
