Hi Eric, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly understand your frustration, and we're sorry this experience has left you feeling this way. I do want to clarify that there may have been some misunderstanding during our email conversations. At no point were we saying that we didn't know how the system was originally set up or that you were at fault. The system was installed by Titan and had been operating as expected. What we were trying to determine was what had changed that was preventing access now so we could identify the appropriate solution. Because the issue couldn't be accurately diagnosed through email alone, we immediately offered a complimentary onsite technician visit. Our goal has always been to get someone there who could fully evaluate the system, test it, and resolve any issues rather than make assumptions without seeing the equipment firsthand. We also understand your request for a billing credit. At this time, we have not yet had the opportunity to inspect the system and determine the cause of the issue. Once our technician has evaluated everything onsite, we can review the findings and determine whether any credits would be appropriate based on what is discovered. We are here to help, and our intention has always been to provide the best possible resolution, not to make the process more difficult. We have made multiple attempts to discuss and resolve your concerns directly, but unfortunately we have not been able to reach a resolution that satisfies everyone involved. However, there are discrepancies between your description of events and our records regarding project communications, timelines, and the efforts made to complete the work. With respect to the final inspection, the Fire Marshal did assist in moving the process forward; however, their involvement related to issues within the inspection process and was not due to a lack of action on our part. Our team continued working to address requirements and complete the project as efficiently as possible. We value customer feedback and continuously look for ways to improve our communication and service. While we regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide, we appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you the best moving forward.

Hi Joseph! My name is Britney and I would love to hop on a call with you to go over this with you. I did listen to the call and I do believe there may be some miscommunication- which can happen while dealing with a frustrating situation. The call does show the appointment was set but possibly waiting on confirmation, while billing was also discussed- you were also offered a discount on the service call and they did not invoice the service call at all for you as a courtesy. I am confident that we can get this worked out with you and get the system set up for you to utilize to its full capabilities. We always want to go over and beyond for our customers and would love the chance to work this out with you!
