Services include full deck construction, repairs, and material replacements, with crews often completing work faster than expected while keeping sites clean. However, some reviewers criticize the owner for poor responsiveness and significant delays, citing instances where projects started months after the scheduled date and prices increased after initial estimates.

Titan Deck re-construction of our Trex lower and upper decks and railings - including garage access stairs - was high quality, on time, and completed by talented employees who were polite, professional, and non-intrusive with music or language. Staging of payments was logical from initial payment through to completion.
Thank you, Titan decks for a quality built and personalized deck! Listened to my concerns and was very thorough and professional! I am very happy with the results!
We couldn't be happier with our new deck from Titan Decks! We chose them because they're a locally owned company where we could work directly with the owner, their pricing was competitive, and they don't subcontract their work. Their demo and construction crews were thorough and clearly took pride in what their work. The owner was always responsive, personally addressed any questions or concerns, helped us through design decisions, and made sure our project was completed by our deadline. They truly listened to our vision and delivered exactly what we wanted. If you're considering a new deck, don't wait—they book out quickly! We're proud to say we have a Titan deck and highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We truly appreciate your trust in our team. It was a pleasure building your deck, and we're thrilled you're happy with the results. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you enjoy your new outdoor space for years to come!
Entire crew was respectful and responsible. John was very knowledgeable of details needed to have a very professional outcome. Being able to use existing framework saved considerable dollars. Work ethic and experience of this crew is outstanding. I am sure the deck will look as good long after I am gone as it does today! 6/19/26

Titan decks did an amazing job on my deck. They did a full reframe and build. It came out looking great and to code. Nolan was always open to working through every detail. He doesn’t cut corners and was truly pleasant to work with throughout the process. I love the Summit Deckorators material, especially because it stays cool on hot days. Overall, I’m very happy with the work Titan Decks did and I highly recommend them if you’re considering a deck project.
Thank you for the 5 stars! It was a pleasure bringing your vision to life. We appreciate your confidence in our work and are grateful for the opportunity to build a space you'll enjoy for years to come.
100% professional & 100% trustworthy Nolan came today to give me a quote. After assessing what I wanted done he stopped and told me that he could absolutely do it but I would be better off looking at stamped concrete. He basically explained that having a deck with no air flow underneath, because it would be sitting right on the ground, wouldn't be a good idea for longevity. Also, a concrete deck would save me thousands! He doesn't do stamped concrete, so to recommend an option that he wouldn't make any money on was refreshing. We talked for a while after. He is genuinely a good person and I can tell that he cares more about the customer then just making money. If you're looking to have a deck built I would absolutely recommend him for your project. Once you meet him you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

We're honored by your review! Thank you for trusting us with your deck project. Your support means everything to our team, and we're glad we could deliver a finished product you're proud of.
Titan Decks not only increased the value of my home when they replaced the delapidated wooden deck we had hardly used since we moved into our home five years ago, but they did it at a great price. I couldn't be happier about our new space. They were suggested by our neighbor, who also had her deck done by Titan Decks. I should give her and Rio, the man who got the job done, big wet kisses. We've already bought furnishings and cannot wait to grill outdoors again. I feel fortunate that we decided to have them work their magic on our home. They were wonderful to us, our dog, and even our neighbors, when they didn't have to be. They even hung my pull-up bar as requested. They're good people that do great work. My only regret is that I only have one deck to have them work on. My eternal thanks for Titan Decks and the workers that beautified my home.
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We truly appreciate your trust in our team. It was a pleasure building your deck, and we're thrilled you're happy with the results. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you enjoy your new outdoor space for years to come!
