I called to ask about pricing, but the person on the phone avoided giving me a direct answer. I had to repeat the same question four times before finally getting the price. The conversation felt overly sales-focused instead of helpful, and overall it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service.

Titan Fitness is a great gym for all ages. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Josh is very knowledgeable about the in body scans and accommodates your every need. Loren is super friendly and has an answer for any tanning and fitness request! The tanning booths are very clean, the gym is tidy, and it’s a great environment to meet your fitness goal!
Was super excited to start this gym membership. Signed up on Friday 10-2 and paid $88.94. On Monday I had a dr appointment, I was diagnosed with lupus a year ago and have been struggling to get it maintained with meds. My dr wanted me to get more active but was concerned when i told him I joined a gym. He felt a gym was too much right now. And he worried I would cause more pain and inflammation. He wanted me to wait until my lupus was better controled before I joined a gym. He suggested just light walking and stretching for now. So I went back to the gym 5 days after signing up to ask to cancel the membership and apologize. They allowed me to cancel but kept my money. Almost $90 in this economy and I never even worked out once. They said it would go towards a future membership. Now I dont want a future membership. I have a horrible disease I am learning to deal with and survive. And I misunderstood my dr when he said more active. And now I am out almost $90. Not the best way to encourage someone to want to come back.

A++ Love them. Great Gym - Private area. Hours are awesome. Staff is friendly. Restrooms are clean. Equipment is comprehensive and up to date. Billing team is fair and reasonable. Best gym in Hewitt no doubt at all
