Titan Pavers Los Angeles - Paver Installation

You guys, Kaila with Titan Pavers is one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to. Please give them a call and find out for yourself you won’t regret it.

5+ stars for Max and his crew! From our initial appointment, to the final touches on my hardsscaping, my experience with Titan Pavers has been nothing short of exceptional. 1) The proposal phase - Max was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came at our appointed time to evaluate the scope of the work. I was looking to install pavers over ~1500 sq feet in my back and side yard, with planting areas and an artificial turf corner for my dogs to do their business. Max immediately took note of the drainage issues that I had on my property and came up with a very technically sound plan of installing a sump pump and draining the water onto the street. I was fearful of the cost as it sounded like a lot of labor involved (and it was!), but I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was in-line with the other quotes I received that did not have a drainage plan. After a couple of very professional and kind email exchanges back and forth, we were able to negotiate a final price that I was happy with without compromising the look I was going for. 2) Work phase - Max estimated that the work would take 2 weeks, and they completed it in 1.5 weeks. What a crew he had! They were amazingly efficient and professional. They had to manually haul away 4 full containers of dirt to get my property at the right drainage levels. Max came every day to check on progress, and his onsite foreman was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I was so impressed with the amount of coordination the team had. The last thing to be done was to install the tiles that I bought for the stair risers. They ended up being a bit too large and each one had to be cut down to size. It was very labor intensive, but Max was okay with it because his motto during the entire time was "I want you to be completely happy with the result". And I totally was. My yard is gorgeous with the "Spanish courtyard" feel that I was going for! 3) The aftermath - We had a full day of rain this past week in our area and it was a great way to see how the drainage worked. We used to have puddles form all over our property after a rainy day (mosquito heaven!), but now my entire yard properly drains out to the street. No more puddles. No more overflow water rushing into my back neighbor's yard. It was perfect. I am looking forward to working with Titan Pavers again once it's time for me to repave my driveway. I recommend them 100%!

Titan did a great job with our driveway repair. Kaila in the office was so nice to work with and was very upfront about pricing ahead of time. Joe, our project manager, was spot on with his estimate, and his crew came out very quickly, and the repaired area looks perfect.

Truly, after decades of experiences as a home-owner and having worked in design and build before retiring, one can not ask for or expect more from any service ever! Max, and then Juan and Manny, and their crews worked in truly unbearable heat and circumstances to transform our 3,000 sq. ft. backyard. They did so with professionalism, problem-solving acuity, and friendliness. Max is 100% accessible and trustworthy. I can't recommend any team more highly.

We couldn’t be happier with our backyard renovation! The entire team of Titan Pavers was professional, helpful, reliable, and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. A very special thank you to our project manager, Joe Martinez, who was truly exceptional throughout the entire process. Joe was incredibly hands on, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. What impressed me most was how well he listened to what I wanted. He understood my vision, paid attention to every detail, and worked hard to make it a reality. Whenever I had a question, request, or idea, Joe was there to help and make sure it was taken care of. The transformation of our backyard is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It has completely changed the way we enjoy our outdoor space, and we genuinely love spending time in our new backyard. We are extremely grateful to Joe and the entire team of Titan pavers for their hard work, dedication, and beautiful craftsmanship. Highly appreciated and wholeheartedly recommended!

Joe and the Titan Pavers team did a large paver installation project for us, including updating our existing paver layout, adding new pavers, building a paver block wall, installing lighting, and adding a water drain line, French drain, and other drainage work. They also handled paver repairs along the way and made sure the finished work met our standards. Joe is a real pro, very communicative throughout the project, and even called to check in on days when he was not on site with his team. What I appreciated most was that their biggest concern was making sure we were happy with the project and keeping the customer first, which is very hard to find these days. After getting bids from other paver contractors, we are really glad we found Titan Pavers, and if you are debating between other companies, go with Titan Pavers because they will get the job done right.
