I HIGHLY recommend TK to help find your next home. Her experience as a Realtor and a long time Homeowner who understands what to look 👀 for that could be potential problems to consider when searching for a home is so invaluable!!! Even as a long time property owner myself, she always helped steer me in the right direction of what I truly wanted in house. I was looking for handicapped doorways for my future elderly years and she was great always to measure and look at ways to adapt a home if needed later on. She really takes the time to understand what your needs are and was always available to show me many many homes to make sure I found something I loved!! I cannot recommend her as a Realtor enough!!! Thanks so much TK!!

Five stars aren't enough. I first met TK by accident when I was looking for a home to rent and she was so easy to deal with that I kept her name for 18 months until we were ready to buy. And I'm so glad I did. As a first time buyer in the area, she was a wealth of knowledge, demystified processes we didn't understand, and stayed on top of every curve in the road. Did I mention responsiveness? Other businesses should take page out of her book. We couldn't be happier. She's the absolute best!

TK was amazing, patient, kind and understanding. She was diligent and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She started by helping us look for a rental home a year ago, we ended up having to take a different route. When the time came that we were ready to buy we reached back out and were met with open arms and excitement. If you have any home needs buying or selling TK is your lady! My Father and Stepmother started the process to sell their home nearly 2 years ago. They were not 100% sure at the time and from the first meeting to the selling of the house TK was patient, kind, understanding and gave them the time they needed to come to the final decision to sell. TK went above and beyond especially the house was put on the market, offers made and accepted within 4 days, during that exact time my father passed away. TK was instrumental in helping my stepmother with all aspects associated with the closing of the house. I cannot stress enough how grateful our family is to TK. She will definitely be our family Realtor for all of our future housing needs. If you are in the market, do yourself a favor and contact TK. You will definitely not be disappointed.
