Tk and his crew have done an amazing job with my property. The promised big time and over delivered. They were professional, communicated well and stayed in time lines given and their work is amazing. These guys were out in over 100° heat making my dreams come true! Travis of TK Landscaping was slow to complete the job as contracted, but when he did, his company did nice work. He did not lay down the anti-weed fabric barrier as contracted, and left without informing me of that omission, but with my full payment. Sadly, the fabric was the whole point of the job as I have aggressive weed growth in my flower beds. He promised to return and fix it later that week. Unfortunately, I attempted to get TK to return several times over a 2+ month period and each time he decided not to come for one reason or another. TK finally returned and completed the job as contracted and compensated after 2 months of unenjoyable correspondence. Despite that, in the end, TK did do a nice job with the fabric barrier and the entire yard. TK acknowledges this was not great business and I am confident he can learn from this experience in future dealings.

I can’t recommend TKS Landscaping & Lawn Care enough! We hired them to completely redo our front yard, including regrading the yard, installing new sod, and adding fresh mulch around our landscaping beds. The transformation speaks for itself. Our yard was uneven, overgrown, and in desperate need of attention. The TKS team took the time to properly grade everything, ensuring the yard not only looks great but also drains correctly. The new sod was installed with great attention to detail, and the mulch gave the flower beds a clean, finished look that completely changed the curb appeal of our home. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful throughout the entire project. They showed up when they said they would, communicated well, and left everything clean when the job was finished.
