I had my carpet stretched and cleaned. Carlos was fantastic. He was punctual which is always a bonus for me. He explained the process clearly and no hidden fees. Very happy customer.
Todd was amazing and friendly, he did an amazing job and got stains out that I thought were permanent. Would highly recommend him and TLC!

Wonderful service! We had some rippling in one of our upstairs room so I scheduled with TLC Carpet Cleaning to come help us. They were very responsive, afforable, and kowledgeable. We will definately use them again!

Losing me was like losing 10 customers easily…..try kindness, it’s free. I have 10 properties, I am a small business and I don’t appreciate your attitude. I am in constant need of business support from companies like yours, but we do not have to work together anymore if you’re going to be rude to me. I very clearly explained in a message what I needed to have done and when you called me, you started talking about an invoice from February… I am already paid in full at this point. The February invoice should not have been relevant. That was not the topic of my message, though… I am sure it’s easier if we’re both on the same page if you just read the notes before you called me. The disconnect I felt from the phone call with you was enormous. The other lady who typically communicates with me is always kind and eager to help as I grow my small business with 10 properties (finally) ranging from one bedroom condos to four bedroom townhomes. My name is Brittany Shrum and I'm the manager of TLC Carpet Cleaning. I am the one who spoke with Sherri this morning and I am happy to reply. Anyone that has had the pleasure of working with us knows our compassion, kindness and generosity. I've been doing this for over 20 years I have never had to deal with the level of rudeness and disrespect as Sherri Schermerhorn displayed on our phone call this morning. From the moment she picked up the phone, I was baffled by her tone and condescension. If I seemed out of sorts, it was only from pure shock. I eventually had to refuse service to her. No one deserves to be talked to in that way whether you're a customer, vendor, or service technician. If I had the transcripts from that call, I would gladly post them. But I am happy to simply walk away from this customer forever.
