Customers frequently praise the thoroughness of deep and regular home cleans, noting that staff members are punctual, professional, and attentive to details. Positive reviews highlight the ease of scheduling and the company's willingness to accommodate specific needs, such as working around pets or family members. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves poor communication with management and scheduling staff, including missed callbacks, inflexible policies regarding rescheduling, and difficulties in obtaining accurate quotes or completing agreed-upon services.

We are so happy to hear that Angie S. did such a great job! 🥰
Leif, S cleaned my home and he was phenomenal. I have had 5 surgeries in the last 2 years so my energy levels have decreased drastically. I am trying to adjust to invisible disabilities and have been feeling bad about not cleaning. Leif was very understanding, patient with me, and was completely nonjudgmental. It made this experience easier to manage. I also have a small dog, Leif was polite and very patient with (my dog barks a lot). Leif was efficient; working diligently while calming my nerves and went beyond what was asked. It almost felt like Leif walked me through it while simultaneously cleaning efficiently. I feel proud now telling others I need help just so I can talk up Leif and TLC. Thank you.
Thank you, Laurel. We are so glad Leif’s patience and nonjudgmental care eased your day and that he was kind to your dog. Hearing you feel proud to recommend us means a lot. We will share your praise with Leif and the team.

Amazing service! I hired them to do a deep clean for my son and his wife for their 10 year anniversary and plus they just put down their aged dog. The end result was a perfect 10. The two girls worked so hard and did such a great job. When they got home from their anniversary trip they were so happy and surprised how clean the house was! Thank you so much definitely recommend TLC!!!
