Their team of support is the best! It starts at listing and then you see the magic take place. They walk you through the process step by step and they have an expert ready to assist with any all questions. They help you with the many bumps and curve balls that might come up. They truly are a team of experts that has 100's of years of experience to help you with any and all needs. Where TLC stands out the most is their shear marketing power. How they literally get your home ready to be sold and how incredible they are in making your home stand out. They walk you through step by step on how you should list the home. They do deep research on pricing the home correctly. Their prep and pictures are amazing. In a very tough market, our home was listed and sold within 3 days. That was not by accident. Super impressed by their behind the scenes metrics that show you the traffic your home is getting online vs your competition. There is power in numbers and they track it all for you. They attack it from an MLS perspective, but the marketing goes well beyond. Social media reels, old school grass roots fliers in/around the neighborhood and then just sheer incredible real estate agent horse power. Their network is deep and it's powerful.
