Our bug guy Ken was awesome today! Was very thorough in his work and also went above and beyond by also giving us sticky traps for future use! We love ya Ken! Always doing a great job.
I love working with them as they are quick and fairly priced. I wish I could pay over the phone or online. Dropping a check in the mail isn’t convenient.

We hired Toler Pest Control to take care of a pest problem at my mother's home in Old Louisville. Ken Toler and his team did a terrific job and explained the whole process. The work exceeded all expectations, they were friendly and courteous, and they gave us a very fair price, as well! I definitely recommend them above some of the bigger franchise companies in town—excellent service and a real value! Ten out of Ten!
Ken Toler came out to fix some ant problems. He was very thorough. He explained the nature of the critters and how he would fix the problem. His house inspection and complete application were above expectations. Outstanding! And, BTW, he fixed my watch while he was there! Value Add!

I’ve had mice a few times over the years but could always take care of them on my own. A couple months ago, I group of them moved in that I couldn’t get rid of.
Ken came out the day after my call and got me set up with everything I needed. He found evidence of them in places I didn’t know about and told me where to work on eliminating ingress for them.
Couldn’t recommend enough!

Based on local recommendations for a family owned pest control resource, we reached out to Toler Pest Control for a (x1) exterior ant treatment. Upon Kenny's arrival to spray our exterior, I found Kenny to be a wealth of knowledge as he answered all my questions and then some. Although Kenny offered monthly services, there was no pressure whatsoever.
I'd be remiss should I not mention the (x1) treatment has absolutely worked! Having been thoroughly informed by Kenny the likely pros/cons of a (x1) treatment, my hope and goal was just that - Stopping the Ants, and giving me a chance to control them moving forward. Should the ants return tomorrow, Kenny/Toler Pest Control will remain a 5 Star Review, given the realistic expectations Kenny had already spoken to me about.
I'm hoping I'll not have to call Toler anytime soon. However, if/when a pest control issue occurs, I'm calling Kenny/Toler Pest Control!
