Tony LaMartina Plumbing is simply the best at what they do. I have called upon this company several times over the years and they are always prompt, responsive, professional, and highly competent. This is one company that truly understands their customers, not a common trait these days. Today, Brad came out and installed a gas range and shortened the gas pipe when the original store paid installers could not. I will always call Tony Martina Plumbing for all my plumbing needs as I have full confidence in the company and their staff. I highly recommend Tony Martina Plumbing.

Technicians were extremely professional and fast. They listened to my concerns and compared their work efficiently with minimal wait time. They showed up at the scheduled time and gave plenty of notice when they were on their way. Would 100% bring them back for any other plumbing I ever need done!

I am exceptionally disappointed in the services provided by Tony LaMartina Plumbing after using them for decades. Matt LaMartina seems like he is only interested in getting full payment without customer satisfaction or customer service which is something that they used to provide. In response to my last email, he only had one thing to say and that was that they received our payment. My husband sent a payment in full even though it should have said 'disputed' on the memo line. He also felt they didn't do proper work but we thought Matt would at least courteously respond to my email and work on resolving our issues. We thought they had enough integrity and that we had enough history that we wanted to avoid the Better Business Bureau. All I can say is that Matt has left us very disappointed and that this is not the same standard of business they used to offer. I also notice people are confusing (or shortening) Tony LaMartina Plumbing with LaMartina Plumbing in reviews. Be careful. ***I want to add a reply to their response. Prior to the above post we recommended Tony LaMartina Plumbing. I still believe they do great plumbing work and just share my experiences. Yes, we have used other companies to snake roots out of a line. We used a different company for a lateral sewer line because it's a requirement of the municipality if we wanted to participate in the lateral sewer program. I think the hardware store where we bought out hot water heater did the installation. No, I'm not confusing your company with another. I believe Tony LaMartina does quality work but there will be issues relative to the size of the miscommunication. An example of this is when I referred to the plumber as a technician your response was defensive. It was along the lines of, we don't use technicians, we only have licensed plumbers. Yet it was your company that sent the message that the technician is on his way. There were many opportunities to understand how communication could have been improved. I don't have all the correct terminology as I am not the Plumbing profession. I was looking for what I think is called a point of use hot water heater, I may have said under sink hot water heater. You stated you didn't do those and I replied that it was Tony who installed the one I had. At the time you couldn't find record of it. The point is, if I don't have the right word for it, tell me what it is when you see it if you're here working on something else and I ask about it. Something like, "I'm not sure what you're talking about, could you show me?" The bottom line is I needed better communication and you couldn't clarify only justify because as plumbers you didn't relate to me not having the same background knowledge. Then, the last thing that I really struggle with is the comment that I had only used your company 4 times in 18 years. I have 1½ bathrooms, and no frills in the kitchen or laundry room. We replaced the garbage disposal ourselves and the spray nozzle at the sink as well. For the most part, the same company snakes our tree roots since the day we moved in with a few exceptions. So, I don't see the issue. Are you upset we made minor repairs on our own or have our lines snaked by someone other than you? Surely, you are confident in your work to the point that you don't expect to keep coming out to do the same repairs. Surely, you can catch something that is also in need of repair and suggest including it. I trust your repairs as should you. So why is it you thought we didn't hire you often enough? We wish your business well. I'm sorry we weren't able to talk it through. I thought it was a standard you were well capable of living up to. Please don't criticize me for that.

Called to get an estimate for plumbing work for a bathroom remodel. They said they would have to charge $89 to come out and give estimate. If they do the work they would refund it. What a joke…. I have other companies coming out to do FREE estimates. Guess this is their way for them to lock you in on their service. Guess they don’t need the business. Would suggest calling other companies.

Dan was great he explained the problem, gave me options for repair and fixed the issue quickly.

Excellent service. Technicians are polite and informative. They go the extra mile figuring out the issue and even called the manufacturer of the water heater and got it registered. I thought it was registered it wasn’t. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend Tony Lamartina Plumbing.
