I've known Tony since grade school. Recently my Mom passed and my brother and I were left with her house in Crown Point. Tony coached us all the way through! He came to the house several times and told us what to do. It was a lot less than what we thought! He saved us a lot of money. Then, when he did list it, we had multiple offers over list price almost immediately. We ended up selling it for $27,000 over list price. We are so happy. He did a great job. No nonsense from Tony. So expect that. But if you want results, get in touch with him!
I appreciate you and your family's trust in me during such a major life event. I'm proud to have been your go-to. Thank you so much and, as you know, reach out any time for any friends or family.
Tony sold our house in 4 days! Everything went smoothly all the way until the closing! I would highly recommend Tony if you’re looking for someone to sell your house fast and have no issues from start to finish!
Thank you Kimberly! You guys did a great job preparing the house and working with our contractor to get it ready. That's what allowed us to do just as we planned and get showings and the first offer the first day and then multiple offers with a highest and best deadline on Sunday evening! Thank you for all the cooperation.
I recently had to relocate to Northwest Indiana and had some frustrating experiences with realtors in the area—until I called Tony. His depth of knowledge about the area and the local market helped me zero in on the perfect home quickly. Tony was incredibly professional and made my family and me feel comfortable throughout the entire relocation process. This was the seventh move for my company, and Tony was by far the easiest broker I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His expertise, communication, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to buy a home in Northwest Indiana!
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Tony! If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. Buying a home during a major life transition was overwhelming at times, but he made the entire process feel seamless. His attention to detail is truly unmatched. He read through EVERY single contract, caught every little detail, and would send me incredibly thorough emails breaking everything down so I knew exactly what I was signing and what to expect. He never left me guessing, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. His dedication and availability were just as impressive. Whether it was scheduling a last-minute showing, answering a phone call, responding to my endless text messages, or writing me one of his famously detailed emails, he ALWAYS made himself available. He consistently went above and beyond, and I never once felt like just another client. Beyond being an exceptional realtor, he's genuinely a great person. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and commitment to his clients are second to none. And if I could offer one piece of advice to anyone working with him, it would be this: LISTEN TO HIM AND TAKE HIS ADVICE! He has an incredible wealth of knowledge, and trust me, he knows what he's talking about. I definitely gave him a hard time and questioned him more than a few times throughout the process, but somehow, he ALWAYS ended up being right. LOL! What meant the most to me was knowing that during one of the most difficult and significant transitions of my life, I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with my new home, and I'm incredibly grateful that he was the person who helped me get here. I would recommend him a thousand times over. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, meticulous, trustworthy, incredibly responsive, and truly invested in his clients, look no further. He's the one you want representing you!
Wow Sara! Thank you so much. I really appreciate this review from a REAL client like you. I take protecting my clients seriously and passionately because I was not protected well in my first ever real estate transaction. It is so nice to hear it is appreciated. It gives me the motivation to keep working hard for all of my clients whether they are buying or selling. I'm so happy you are happy. Your new home is so nice.
Tony Mitidiero is one of the most condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional people you could encounter in real estate. His behavior comes across as arrogant, demeaning, and completely lacking the basic level of respect you would expect from someone representing clients in a professional industry. His communication is equally appalling. Phone calls go unanswered, yet he seems to have no problem hiding behind a keyboard to talk down to people, belittle other agents, and attempt to bully others into doing things his way. His superiority complex toward “Indiana agents” is especially ridiculous considering he himself is licensed in Indiana and has a team handling much of the business associated with his name. Even more concerning are serious questions surrounding his professionalism and the way offers and communications are handled. When people's homes, money, and major financial decisions are involved, there is absolutely no excuse for arrogance, games, disrespect, or questionable conduct. The impression Tony gives is that professionalism and basic courtesy take a back seat to his ego. Condescending, combative, and extraordinarily unpleasant are the nicest ways to describe his demeanor. There are plenty of real estate professionals who know how to conduct themselves with integrity and treat people with respect. Do yourself a favor and choose one of them.
Ryan is not a client and has zero reviews other than this one and I cannot recall any interaction with a Ryan Navarro. Instead, it seems there is a high likelihood Ryan may have a personal bent or be operating under a fake name here. If you read the rest of my reviews you'll find my clients are highly satisfied with the strong representation I provide. This type of representation can result in folks on the other side of our negotiations angered. Generally this stems from their agent's poor representation. "Ryan" here represents there are plenty of other agents who provide equal or superior representation. However, statistically he is incorrect. I do push a lot of business toward email; especially with other Realtors. This is to protect our clients (written word) and allow us to prioritize our client's needs and see to it everyone receives a high level of service. Often, agents (possibly like Ryan here) get frustrated with this approach as they prefer to call and make arguments others will never see over the phone as opposed to putting them into writing. They take my refusal to take their phone calls as "unprofessional." However, their type of "professionalism" would never fly in any proper business climate. Please do feel free to connect directly with me and gauge for yourself whether my type of representation is a good fit for you. I have numerous references available to contact directly.
There truly are not enough positive things I can say about working with Tony Mitidiero. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will represent your interests with professionalism, integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and genuine care from the beginning of a transaction all the way through closing, I cannot imagine finding better representation than Tony. What sets Tony apart immediately is his incredible attention to every detail of the transaction. There are so many moving pieces in real estate; contracts, deadlines, inspections, negotiations, financing, documentation, and the unexpected issues that inevitably arise, and Tony stays on top of all of them. Nothing seems to slip through the cracks. He understands not only what needs to happen, but when it needs to happen and what needs to be done to protect his client's interests along the way. Tony's knowledge and experience become even more valuable when a transaction doesn't go exactly as planned. When an issue arises, he doesn't simply identify the problem; he knows how to navigate it. He remains calm, evaluates the situation, explains the options clearly, and works toward the best possible resolution. Having someone with that level of competence representing you provides an incredible amount of confidence during what can otherwise be a very stressful process. His representation is outstanding. Tony doesn't approach real estate as though his job is simply to get a deal closed. He genuinely advocates for his clients. He asks the right questions, follows through on the details, communicates effectively with everyone involved, and makes sure his clients understand what is happening throughout the transaction. You always feel that someone knowledgeable is firmly in your corner. Just as importantly, Tony is someone you can trust. His personality is incredibly genuine, and his integrity comes through in the way he conducts himself. He gives straightforward advice, communicates honestly, and doesn't simply tell you what you want to hear. You get the sense that his recommendations are coming from experience and from a sincere desire to do what is best for his client—not simply what is easiest or what will get the transaction completed fastest. That combination is rare. Tony has the knowledge and attention to detail you want from an experienced professional, the ability to handle difficult situations when they arise, the confidence to provide strong representation, and at the same time, a genuinely warm and personable way of working with people. You never feel like you're simply another transaction. Questions are welcomed, concerns are taken seriously, and Tony remains engaged throughout the process. When you are making one of the largest financial transactions of your life, having that kind of representation makes an enormous difference. There are plenty of real estate agents who can show a property or write an offer. Finding someone who truly understands the entire transaction, anticipates potential problems, pays attention to the smallest details, knows how to navigate issues, advocates strongly for his clients, and conducts himself with honesty and integrity is something entirely different. I recommend Tony Mitidiero without hesitation to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. I would absolutely want Tony representing me in any future real estate transaction. Simply put, Tony is the kind of real estate agent you hope to find: knowledgeable, meticulous, experienced, trustworthy, responsive, genuine, and completely committed to providing his clients with exceptional representation. Five stars doesn't feel like enough.
