Customers frequently describe roof replacements, leak repairs, gutter work, and inspections, highlighting punctuality, efficient one-day completion, thorough cleanup, and clear communication throughout the process. While most praise the professional service and pricing, a minority of low-star reviews criticize unnecessary service recommendations and report that ceiling leaks recurred within months of the initial repair.

Perfect job
We’re pleased to hear your positive experience with top 1 Expert home improvement
Wow… where do I even start? Hiring Mike & TOP 1 Expert Home Improvement to replace my roof was hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. From day one, they were on it. Friendly, professional, and crystal-clear in their communication. I never had to wonder what was going on because they kept me in the loop at every stage, even sending updates as the work progressed. The price? Totally reasonable! Especially for the level of skill, care, and precision they brought to the job. The crew showed up on time, worked like a well-oiled machine, and treated my property like it was their own. By the time they were done, my roof looked amazing. My front yard & backyard was spotless. If you need/want a contractor who’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about doing things right, stop searching. TOP 1 Expert Home Improvement is the one. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who wants their home improvement project done right the first time.
