I was told that your drive completion only take 7-10 business days to be processed through the computer, and I understand delays but this is ridiculous I completed my last drive weeks ago and it’s somehow hasn’t made it to dmv.

Warning: Do not use Top Driver to for driving lessons. This company is a mess and scheduling appointments is like hunger games. Appointments released 1x per month and slots for following month fill up within seconds, leaving you no chance but to wait another month and try it again. If you need to reschedule, forget about it, will never happen. Then, if you don’t complete within the time frame, they charge you $150 for an extension. Don’t bother calling customer service who is very defensive and blames the child. Driver’s are friendly but the corporate office is incompetent.

Typically do my lessons out of locations not close to Western Springs, but I had my final drive here not expecting to really do much. Instead I got Mr. Brad who taught me a lot and helped me out with my maneuvers. Made my maneuvers way better than they had been. Was not expecting to learn much today but I did, and that’s why Mr. Brad is the best instructor I’ve had so far. Recommend doing your lessons with him.

Top Driver Western Springs was an amazing experience for my daughter. Her instructor, Brad Walse, made her feel comfortable in the classroom and behind the wheel sessions. Her knowledge is beyond what we could have asked for. He was the very best!! In addition it was easy to schedule her behind the wheel sessions through the app and a few makeup classroom sessions. Couldn’t be happier with top driver!

Mr Brad at Top Driver Western Springs is the best. Two of my kids attended classes and drives with Mr Brad. He took the time to really explain everything, make sure they understood, and was extremely patient and kind. He also took the time to explain to me after each drive how they did, what they could work on, and he never forgot to include what they did well. He encouraged them to be confident while also instilling the importance of being safe. Would recommend Mr Brad and Western Springs Too Driver to everyone!
