Top Home Builders Inc.

Didn’t realize how much our old kitchen bothered us until we started using the new one. David was great to work with and Top Home Builders did a solid job.

David did my ADU and honestly I couldn’t be happier. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted but wasn’t sure how it would all come together. The final result came out even better than I imagined.

Our bathroom was sooo outdated and we had been putting off remodeling it for the longest time. David was really helpful from the start he gave us some great ideas and helped us pick out what would look best. We weren’t sure about a few things and he was very patient with us. The bathroom looks completely different now I wish we would’ve done it sooner lol. Thank you David and the whole team!

Nir, was our estimator, he reviewed our dire need for a 1/2 bath and laundry room remodel, which included replacing the vanity, flooring, toilet, fan, icluding painting the walls, ceiling and doors. Nir was our second quote of three and in the middle as far as cost, which was very resonable. We really appreciated Nir's knowledge and patience, plus he was very nice and easy going, just our cup of tea, so to speak. This was our first remodel which turned out to be a pleasant and informative experience. Nir was thorough and pointed out things we had not considered which was very helpful indeed. Once we settled on the specific style it was smooth sailing all the way. Since there were items that did not need replacing the crew was very careful with removal of all items as needed. We were quoted a week for the transformation after all itmes were on hand, which took about 5 days. The remodel was completed in 5 days too. Shout out to Nir, Gilbert, Mary, and Alfredo.

A kitchen island can provide additional preparation space, storage, seating, and functionality. Installation requires careful consideration of the room’s layout, measurements, electrical needs, and surrounding walkways. Compared with a kitchen with limited counter space, a properly designed island can make everyday tasks more convenient. The choice of countertop, cabinetry, and fixtures also affects the overall design. A well-installed island can become both a practical workspace and a central feature of the kitchen.

We brought in Top Home Builders to do a significant roof framing repair that required a structural engineer. THB provided all the services required from initial assessment, detailed planning, permits, implementation and inspections. We could not be happier with the results. Throughout the process the crew was respectful, receptive of our needs, kept the site clean and worked quickly and accurately. Would hire them again. We highly recommend them for any task large or small.

I chose Top Home Builders for my kitchen remodel and I’m so happy I did. They handled everything from the kitchen design to obtaining all the permits, the demolition, electrical, plumbing, helping me decide on cabinets and countertops and all the finishing touches to building me the kitchen of my dreams. It was extremely easy to communicate with everyone on the team and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Every person involved in my project was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly and invested in doing a great job. They truly did top quality work. There were no surprise costs and didn’t go over budget. I would definitely use Top Home Builders for any future projects.

Top Home Builders Team did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. The 3D renders generated before demolition began helped us to communicate exactly what we wanted to the team even before any construction began, and helped us to select cabinets, tiles, granite, ect… We also loved having one company take care of everything (demolition, flooring, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, counter tops, paint, stairway, permits, everything…). Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, did beautiful work, and cleaned up each day. I especially liked that if any issue came up that I wanted changed, adjusted, or added, they were always willing to work with me until I was satisfied, and completed my remodel on schedule. I look forward to working with the team again on future remodeling projects. Thanks THB, Alec-
