Went looking for a new janitorial company after our last one let things slide for a few months. The first phone call was already different. Whoever I spoke to asked real questions about the building, what shifts we run, traffic patterns, any spots that needed extra attention. Walkthrough happened that same week and…

Went looking for a new janitorial company after our last one let things slide for a few months. The first phone call was already different. Whoever I spoke to asked real questions about the building, what shifts we run, traffic patterns, any spots that needed extra attention. Walkthrough happened that same week and the estimate came back the next day, broken out by area instead of one lump sum, which made it a lot easier to understand what we were paying for. They did the first clean on a Friday night so the office was ready for Monday, and staff actually said something when they walked in. We have them three times a week now and the building has stayed at the level it was after that first clean. When something comes up, a spill, an event we are hosting, they adjust without making it a hassle. Nothing has gone missing, nothing gets moved around, the crew just gets in and does the work.

we have a warehouse with attached office space and Top Janitorial handles both areas for us on a weekly schedule. the office portion they do a good job with, desks wiped, floors vacuumed, kitchen area cleaned out properly. but what really sold us is how they handle the warehouse bathrooms. those get heavy use and used to look rough by the end of the week, now they actually stay decent between cleans. they bring their own supplies and equipment which is one less thing for us to think about. the crew is usually in and out without disrupting anything even when we have people working late. pricing was reasonable too, we got quotes from a few places and they were in the middle range but the actual work has been better than what we got from the cheaper option we tried first. just a reliable service that does what they say

they do our janitorial service for a small medical office and the level of clean they maintain is really solid. the floors are always done properly, like mopped and dried not just pushed around with a wet mop. all the exam rooms get wiped down, surfaces sanitized, trash pulled from every room. we have specific requirements because of the type of office we run and they've been good about following the checklist we gave them without us having to remind anyone. the waiting area chairs and front desk area always look presentable in the morning which matters when patients walk in. one thing i didnt expect is how consistent they'd be, its not like one great clean and then it drops off. we're on a daily plan with them and its been like 5 or 6 months now, same quality each time. restrooms stay stocked too which was an issue with our previous company

Top janitorial does our weekly office cleaning and they cover everything. bathrooms are actually clean, floors done properly, break room included. not just surface wipe - you can tell real work went into it. Been boxing them for months and quality hasn’t slipped. Solid service, consistent every time.

Top Janitorial handles our office on a weekly schedule and the scope of what they cover is more than what we had before. Bathrooms get fully restocked and scrubbed, not just wiped. The floors in the common areas are done right - you can actually tell the difference. Desks and surfaces in the work areas get dusted and wiped down, trash removed and bags replaced. The break room gets real attention too, which was the area that always got skipped with other services. The whole building just holds up better between visits now than it ever did.

We've used Top Janitorial Commercial Cleaning for months now and the place always looks sharp, floors shine, trash gets handled, and they don't miss the little stuff like door handles and switches. Clients even noticed the difference, which says a lot.
