Very disappointed! Dan came out on March 19th to look at what I want done on my bathroom and was going to email me the quote within a few days. However, he never followed up with the quote and when I followed up with him on March 30th. He never replied.
Professional and detailed. Had all windows done, new garage door, back/storm door, ceiling fan and recessed lighting. All are perfect and new.
They will be my go to, from now on with any of my needs . Very professional ! Great communication ! Quick and Excellent work done for my property ! the Quality of work they did just shows !! Thank you again !!!
I don’t recommend these guys. I’m pretty sure that a few years ago I tried contacting them for a couple of different projects. I filled out an online form and I called and left messages. I never heard from anyone from this company. I’m quite certain that they will likely respond to this post with a bs response of something like they never received an online request or phone call or any other messages for consultation/estimate. I don’t care. I just want to warn others.
Dan at Top Notch Contracting was amazing to work with and he had the best crew. We could not be happier with our new two-story porch from start to finish. The contractor was professional communicative, and detail oriented. The structure is solid ,beautifully designed, and has completely transformed our outdoor living space. The team stayed on schedule and kept the worksite clean throughout the process, the upper and lower levels are both functional and visually stunning, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and a smooth building experience to go with Top-Notch Contractors.
We had an outstanding experience working with Top Notch to install a washer and dryer into a closet. The work included carpentry, plumbing and electrical. They provided a detailed and transparent estimate from the beginning, which gave us confidence in moving forward. Being out of state while managing this project for our senior citizen dad could have been stressful, but they went above and beyond to accommodate our situation and keep us informed every step. Top Notch truly lives up to its name—extremely professional, thoughtful, and tidy. They cleaned as they worked and treated the home with care. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing quality, reliable work.
We needed our shower pulled out and replaced because of a plumbing issue and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. So happy we went with Top Notch. They got us in quick, were friendly and did a great job. Definitely going to use them again for future projects.
Thank you Talia we appreciate your business!
I have had the pleasure of hiring Top Notch Contracting & Remodeling LLC. They repaired my stucco home exterior by patching the stucco and professionally painting my entire house. They were accommodating to all of my requests in regards to color and also offered skilled craftsmanship suggestions. I’m so excited over the new face lift of my old home. Additional bonus was the new steel exterior door along with a new storm door that included a doggy door. Fido🐾 is also very happy. The crew did a fantastic job overall and the clean up afterwards was above and beyond. I will definitely hire them again!
Thank you Donna we appreciate your business!
Top Notch has been working with us to remodel, update, improve and repair our house. Dan Kasabian has solved issues other contractors could not. Reliable, dependable and knowledgeable with a great crew who work with each other as a team. Dan has always been fair and quick to answer our calls.
Thank you Eugene and Dawn!
Dan was very easy to work with, responsive and polite. His crew was very friendly as well and did a great job remodeling our basement after we had some water damage. Will definitely be giving him a call for our next home improvement project.
Thank you for your business Matt! We greatly appreciate it
