We had a small fencing job but were still treated like it was an important job for them. We were very pleased with the work, and impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. We recommend wholeheartedly.

Joe, we're thrilled to know you felt your project was important to us. Your recommendation and satisfaction with our work are greatly appreciated!
Exceptional workmanship on installation of approximately 1/2 mile of 4 board fencing with 4x6x8 ft posts. Top Rail ‘demoed’ our prior 30 yr old fence and reinstalled existing gates. Extremely pleased with entire process including Rosanna who spent several hours at our first meeting reviewing project and subsequently sending a detailed proposal for work involved. Price was reasonable and competitive with other bids. Keith, the owner, was on site regularly to assess and provide regular updates on project timeline. He personally did clean up of some remaining concrete fragments from prior fence and walked the fence line to review any minor issues. They plan to return in 6-8 weeks to stain the wood once sufficiently dry. Very pleased with entire process and would recommend Top Rail without hesitation!

Thanks for the great feedback, Greg! We're glad to know that our team has been responsive and effective in addressing your fence needs. Your support means a lot to us!
We needed 3 gates replaced that were at the end of their life. One of the smaller gates was replaced poorly. The original had 6 full pickets and the top was rounded correctly. The replaced gate by Top Rail had large gaps and 5 and 1/5 of a picket. The spacing is large and the rounding on top is a bit crooked, or appears so because of the tiny picket.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Jenn! We appreciate your input regarding the gate replacements and are glad to know you chose us for this project. We take your concerns seriously and will review the workmanship on the smaller gate to ensure it meets our quality standards. Your insights help us improve, and we hope to provide an even better experience in the future!
Planned to only have a few rotted rails and a couple damaged posts replaced but found during repair that the whole fence was in need of replacement. They requoted me almost instantly, fair price and scheckuled a convenient installation time. Over 3 days of extreme heat they ripped out and installed the new fence, all cemented in place and an absolutely beautiful job.. Polite and courteous workets who really worked hard in tough heat. Highly recommend them and I've been dealing with HI contractors for over 40 years, these guys were special!

I had the pleasure of meeting Rosanna from Top Rail when she came out multiple times to measure/estimate our fence ideas. She was always smiling and ready to listen, and help me make my decision on where/what types of fence we finally decided on. Once hiring Top Rail, Taylor and his friendly crew were out to meet me and go over our project. I’m so very pleased with their work on the pasture fence that I’m having them back out next week to re-wire our original dog yard! If you’re contemplating a fence, please give Taylor a call, you won’t regret it? Oh and how about that custom double gate you made us to match our driveway gate! Now that’s a touch above the rest!! Thank you all so much!! I’ll add a photo as soon as possible.

I had an excellent experience with this fencing company from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive—quick to answer questions, provide a quote, and schedule the work. My project had some unique requirements, but their team didn’t miss a beat. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and were flexible in finding the perfect solution. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the finished fence looks even better than I imagined. Professional, reliable, and skilled—I highly recommend them!
