From the beginning our experience with Bobby Hulmes was excellent. I found Bobby Hulmes by Google searching good realtors for Chester county area and was not disappointed. With renters still in our home,we approached Bobby with questions and seeking advice. Bobby walked us through a 5-month process while we tried to help our renters find a good place to move to while prepping home for sale. Bobby helped us reach our goal of getting house on the market in a timely fashion and the sale process seemed seamless. He also spent a lot of time with us in the beginning asking what our goals were with selling the house, which I feel we met. It may have taken 5 months to get our tenants out, but within a week of Bobby putting the house on the market, it was sold and we closed within a short 2 months. Bobby worked hard behind the scenes even with the township so that little effort was required on our part. Bobby seem to work very hard for our benefit to make things go easily and as quickly as possible. We are very grateful!

Bobby was really great to work with! The housing market was crazy this past summer and fall and such a sellers market. It was nearly impossible to find a house on Zillow and try to go for a showing before it went off the market. Plus being from out of state made the whole home buying process even more difficult. But Bobby was very flexible with our schedule, listened to our wish list and showed us some great houses before they hit the market. He even did a video tour with us when we couldn't make the trip up. He was honest, down to Earth, and an all around great guy. We bought a house that checked every box on our wish list and we know it was due to his hard work and dedication. We would highly recommend him.
