Google reviewers rate this head spa five stars based on 217 reviews, highlighting the relaxing atmosphere, professional staff, and effective treatments such as the Diamond, Platinum, and VIP packages. Customers frequently mention that the services include scalp massages, facials, and hair care using specific products, resulting in refreshed hair and a meditative state. One criticism notes that the pricing may be high relative to the quality of the blow dry, particularly for fine hair, suggesting the final styling did not meet expectations.

Treated myself to VIP head spa and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever head. Nicky will give your nervous system a total reset. I’m in love. I’d come back every few months if I didn’t love all the way on the east coast… but it would be worth the flight!

After my second visit I know that Top Spa will be my go to self care day treatment. Not only is their establishment relaxing, blissful and clean, the customer service is excellent too. I get the Platinum package and it leaves my hair feeling so soft and nourished! I love that they also include a mini facial and massage with the hair treatments. Monica was a great treatment therapist and really took care of the knots in my shoulder as I requested. I recommend coming on a weekday, as weekdays are fully booked so today was a treat that we had all to ourselves! I definitely recommend this location!!!
