I booked a couples massage for my husband and I. The massage was $130 we gave them $140 and said to keep the change, they asked for more tip, I gave them an extra 5 and they said it still wasn't enough. We just walked out cause at that point it felt like we were trying to get hustled. Do not go!

I scheduled an appointment on the app 2 days prior. When I showed up. They didn't have the appointment and nobody spoke English. The lady pulled up an app to translate my english to her language so she could understand. The massage was good but then he got a little too rough because they use their forearms and elbows to do the massaging. Didn't use hands. I was more sore the next day on my back when my husband touched my back I almost hit the roof it was so sore in the middle of my back next to my spine. The massage i picked was 60 mins for $70. I gave him $80 and I said $10 in change. He looked at me, stuck the money in his wallet and nodded to me. I will not be going back. The are not real massage therapists.

I normally go to a different business to get my massages done, but my husband made an appointment on short notice and this was the only place available. I walk in and the man doesn’t greet me, he just starts pointing to the menu board for me to choose a massage. So I tried to explain to him that my husband already made an appointment for an hour massage. He huffs and puffs and goes and grabs his phone and starts to talk into his phone and I quickly realize the only way we could communicate was through Google translate. While trying to have a conversation with me, he was also playing a game on a different phone, which had the majority of his attention. He finally figured out what I was trying to tell him, and led me into the room. On the table is a paper towel where I’m supposed to lay my face and a tiny blanket to cover myself with. He comes in and gets mad because my face isn’t in the hole, but I couldn’t breathe with my face down because there was no opening. So he fixes it by tearing a hole in the cloth and then tells me to lay my face back down on the paper towel. During any massage, man or woman, I’ve always kept my bra on, and it’s never been a problem. He walks in and touches my bra and says something in his language, and I tell him that I’d rather keep it on, and he POPS the back of it upset. At this point, I really wanted to just get up and leave, but I knew with the language barrier that it would be near impossible to get out without the cops being called. So I tried to talk myself out of it and just kept going. He then proceeds to cover the back of my head with a towel so when I lift my head up, I can’t see anything around me. Throughout the massage, I could hear his phone going off and at one point, once on my back, I even looked up to see him using his phone while massaging with one hand. How do I know he wasn’t taking pictures of me?! I didn’t even have that thought until just now. At times he would sit right next to me, touching me, on the table while he’s massaging which I’ve never had happen before. He was very rough and turned my arms in ways that didn’t feel natural. At one point, he even yanked my neck to the left so that he could massage it. Let’s not forget to mention that it was an essential OIL massage and the only thing that was put on my body was SUAVE LOTION that dried out in .3 seconds so the majority of the massage was dry and painful. (I saw the bottle as I was leaving.) At one point, he even opened the door and I’m pretty sure he left the door open while he went to get hot towels and stones. It did not feel at all professional, trained, or certified in anyway. Once it was over and I had gotten dressed, I went to the front to tell him thank you and leave because I was under the impression my husband had already paid online, to which he got very angry at me and even came around the desk in a very aggressive manner. This was also happening in front of other customers who were getting massages in the very same room. I understand he probably thought I was trying to walk out without paying, but I just felt like there was a better way to handle that, but of course, it was all confusing with the language barrier as he couldn’t understand what I was trying to explain to him. Once I got my card out to pay he suggested I leave a 30, 40, or even 50% tip. So when I clicked “custom amount” and only put in $15, he looked at me ugly and huffed and puffed even more. I will be watching my bank account to make sure that they didn’t charge more. Needless to say, I will never be back. The entire exchange was very aggressive and unprofessional and I even left in tears.

I'll add more details later, but this place is absolutely amazing. Nancy's technique and experience is astounding. I've had many great massages in my life, but the two best I've ever had were by Nancy. Thank you so much!
