We just moved to the area and this is the pest control company recommended to us by our realtor. We have been so impressed with them! We were seeing palmetto bugs (ewwww!!!!) and a ton of ants upon move in. I called, and the first visit was to go over the contract (that doesn't have any cancelation requirements) and he quickly sprayed for the bugs and gave us some ant bait boxes. The next week Omar came out and did a very thorough inspection of the house (including the attic!) and outside. He did his thing to get rid of the bugs, and followed up with us the next week. We were still seeing ant activity, and he sprayed some stuff. He checked back the following week to make sure we were doing ok, and they're gone! I was really impressed that the company cares so much that they check back until the problem is resolved. I'm grateful we chose this company for our house and yard!
