I don't write a lot of reviews, but if you're looking for help with water issues, I highly recommend Total Solutions. They're the best! We had a leaky roof earlier in the summer which caused water damage in two rooms in our house. After the roof was replaced we went looking to get the ceiling fixed. Knowing there was likely mold we looking into a few companies before finding Total Solutions. Brandon worked with us to make it work with our schedule and budget as much as possible, which we really appreciated. He is incredibly professional, honest, skilled, and has a great team working with him. He also caught a rotted board the roofing company (an unrelated company) had missed, so I was able to contact them and get that rectified at no cost to me. We can breathe easier knowing the mold is gone and our house is secure once again. If we ever have water issues again we know who to call. Thank you Brandon!

When my basement flooded over the 4th of July holiday, I was incredibly stressed. From the very beginning, this restoration company was prompt, professional, and compassionate. They responded quickly, even on a holiday, and immediately got to work to help prevent further damage. The entire team was organized, hardworking, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Jonas, who was absolutely amazing! He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so much easier. One of the biggest benefits was that they worked directly with my insurance company, which took so much stress off my shoulders. Brandon & his Dad, Jonas were the best! We had just moved in to our home 2 weeks before the flooding in the basement! We've never had this problem in any of the homes we owned. My Realtor recommended Total Solution and I couldn't have been more pleased. They came in right away and started cleaning up and putting dehumidifiers and air filter machines. They worked with State Farm (very challengeing). I completely think all homeowners should add back up water/sewer coverage to their policies - it paid for everything! Anyway, my husband had a medical emergency and the team offered to help move our stuff to the garage before they started demo of the drywall-soaked walls.
