Thank you for the kind review, Wes. We are pleased the bedrooms match the rest of your home and that the project turned out beautifully. Damian will appreciate hearing you found him friendly and accommodating. We appreciate your trust and hope you enjoy your new floors.
Sad that I can only give 5 stars. 11 years ago we used Totta to install hardwood floors in our dining room, so it was any easy choice to use them to refinish our kitchen floors & install new hardwood floor in our living room. From start to finish everyone at Totta was professional & kind. Mike was excellent at explaining options and the process, Matt is very patient with all my questions & worked with me to have scheduling the job work for me. My crew lead Josh was very patient in answering questions. Both he and Jeff were exceptionally respectful of my home and were methodical & detail oriented throughout the entire process. Not only will we be using Totta to maintain our floors but we will use them when we are ready to have our front room done. Call Totta, you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review, and for trusting us with your home not once, but twice, 11 years apart! That kind of loyalty means the world to our team.
We're so glad Mike, Matt, Josh, and Jeff made the process smooth and comfortable, and I'll be sure they all see your kind words. Taking the time to answer questions, work around your schedule, and treat your home with care is exactly what we aim for on every job.
We'd be honored to help maintain your floors over the years and to take on your front room when you're ready. Just give us a call anytime.
Thanks again for the recommendation!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re so glad you love your new railing, support columns, and oak floors.
Our team takes pride in being professional and attentive to every detail, and your kind words mean a lot. Enjoy your beautiful new space!
Totta was excellent, the end result looked absolutely amazing. Randy oversaw the project and clearly pays attention to the details, our flooring was damaged in a water leak and after the work was completed, it was as if nothing happened...except the floors looked even better than before.
Thank you, Robert, for the wonderful review. We're happy to hear Totta and Randy paid close attention to the details and restored your floors so they look even better than before. We appreciate you trusting us to handle the water damage. If you need anything else in the future, please reach out.
It was so easy for us as Totta used a partner to move our furniture from our second floor (stored on the first floor), removed old carpet, repaired existing hardwoods and installed new hardwoods into additions that we had done over the years. The old and new floors blend seamlessly. The team we had were here every day, were polite and thoughtful. This was our first time with Totta, but will definitely use them again.
Anne, thank you for your kind review and for trusting Totta with your flooring project. We're glad the moving, carpet removal, and repairs went smoothly and gave you a seamless blend between the old and new hardwood floors. It's great to hear the crew was polite, thoughtful, and on-site every day. Let us know if you need any help with any future projects.
We are so pleased with the craftsmanship and service from Totta Hardwoods! Our project included refinishing our existing hardwoods and adding a new section where we removed carpet. The sections blend seamlessly, and there is absolutely no way to tell that the new section was added. The floor flows from the existing area into the new with no breaks and is perfectly matched.
Both Josh and his team and Jose and his team were amazing with communication and excellence throughout the entire project and Austin was very helpful in the planning stages and leading up to the work. Matt answered many questions for us over the phone and helped communicate to the teams when we needed.
We are thoroughly satisfied and would fully recommend Totta Hardwoods for your floor refinishing project!
Thank you, Christine, for sharing such a detailed review and for trusting Totta Hardwoods with your project. I'm happy the new section blends seamlessly and that Josh, Jose, Austin, and Matt provided excellent communication and workmanship throughout. We appreciate your recommendation and are here for any future flooring needs.

Thank you, John and Linda, for the kind review and for noting our team's effort to find the right wood for your home. Abdel will be pleased to hear you appreciated his craftsmanship and the care he took removing the old flooring and installing the new floor. We appreciate your trust and are here if you need any future maintenance or have questions about your new floor.
I’m very happy with the repair work I had completed by Totta Hardwoods. I had some scratches from an appliance delivery that needed to be repaired, along with a large gap between some boards and a couple of other small items. Tyler did an excellent job matching the repair work to the existing floor. It was clear he cared about the quality of the finished result, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Austin was great to work with during the estimate process and made everything straightforward. I would definitely hire them again for any hardwood flooring projects.
Thank you for the great review! We're so glad the repair work turned out well and that the color match blended seamlessly with your existing floor — that's exactly the kind of detail Tyler takes pride in getting right. Glad to hear Austin made the estimate process easy, too. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we'd love to help with any future flooring projects. Thanks again for choosing Totta Hardwoods!
Josh was extremely diligent and professional in his work. This is the second time he has worked for us and we love him! We want to use him again in the future. He is polite, timely and clean. Totta Hardwoods should make sure to keep him on its team!
