Many thanks to Towing & Roadside Service Road Angel. He told me how to unlock my steering wheel by phone. I am very grateful for his kind help. He wouldn't accept any payment. He is truly an angel.
It was our pleasure to help you over the phone at no charge to get your steering wheel unlocked. Please call us for any type of car trouble and we will help! Even if it is just great money and time saving advise or coaching when car trouble stops your day.
I was stranded with a blow out while out of town. They were so patient and helpful on the phone and arrived quickly! My tire was replaced and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend!
Tammy thanks for your business and this welcome review! It was our pleasure to assist you with a blown tire in the Medical City McKinney Hospital parking lot. We were able to replace that blown tire with a new one in under an hour from the time you ordered service to lowering your BMW 328i to the ground to get back on the road again. Please save our number and share with your family and friends to save to their phones so they can be better prepared when unexpected car trouble of any kind happens to them!
Jimmy and his team are amazing and super patient. Any situation where you’re needing a tow can be stressful, but the process was easy and straightforward. Price was also fair. Hopefully I don’t need another tow for awhile, but if I do I’ll definitely be calling them again.
Thank you Alexandria for your business and taking the time to post this awesome review! We hope you will save our number to your phone and make RoadAngel your very first call when any kind of car trouble occurs no matter where you travel across the U.S. Please also share our number with family and friends to save to their phones so they will be able to skip the online search that more times than not, land them with bad operators in our space that charge way more and take longer to get there.
My very average day running errands became a near nightmare recently. We went to my car after enjoying lunch, went to start it, nothing but that winding sound that tells you battery is dead. I struggled for a half an hour how to move forward, opened google and literally found an angel named Jimmy from Road Angel. He rescued us, changed battery, going above and beyond what someone thinks of GREAT customer service. This is who you need if you find yourself needing a battery, a tow or just helping you and your auto out of a jam!! Load the app, use the app, call Road Angel, you will be glad you did.
Lori thanks for your business and posting this amazing review! Thanks also for calling only a week later to provide the same great battery replacement service on Bill's GMC Sierra! It was an absolute pleasure getting acquainted with such an awesome couple! Thanks again and be blessed!
Jimmy responded quickly and got me back on the road. He was able to get my tire changed and get my spare on so I could get to the tire store. Highly recommend this company for your roadside needs. Thank you Jimmy for getting there so quickly.
Thank you, JoAnn for your business today and for sharing your great RoadAngel experience to others. It was our pleasure to change your tire just off HWY 121 in Frisco on your Toyota Sequoia. Have a blessed rest of your day and don't forget to save our number and share it freely with family and friends so they can avoid the many scammers in our space that charge 2-3 times what we charge for the same services.
Great service! Quick and easy! Really helpful and friendly!
