Great service and very reasonable priced!!! Jose was assigned my tow. He was a great communicator, explained what and why he was doing, and answered all my questions. It was a very enjoyable experience. I believe that is only the second time I’ve said that about a tow service.

Jose was great to work with! My son was involved in an accident and needed to be towed. Jose arrived within 20mins, got the vehicle to the requested location quickly, and most importantly took care of my teenage son who was pretty shaken up. He cared not only for the vehicle, making sure it was placed just right at drop off, but also my son who had never had to navigate an experience like this before. Will definitely recommend and use Jose again if needed.
Towing Squad was responsive to my call for help to get my non-starting truck back to my home. Sam, is THE BEST. Professional, safe, solid tow. Sam even spent a little time talking through my issue once the car was back in my driveway. I'll say it again... SAM IS THE BEST!

Absolutely outstanding service! I can't say enough good things about this towing company. From the moment I called, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. The driver arrived much faster than I expected and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They handled my vehicle with great care and made what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free. It's rare to find a company that truly goes above and beyond, but this team did exactly that. Their communication was excellent, their pricing was fair, and their customer service was second to none. If you ever need a tow, don't hesitate to call them—you'll be in great hands. Highly recommended and definitely deserving of 5 stars!

I am a healthcare worker who works mids 3-4 days a week 3 hours from my home. When I get to work, there is ZERO parking available, so I parked across the street at multiple busness/office area with a very large parking lot. I always come out and move my vehicle around 5 or 6, my lunch break, and move it to the employee parking. Tonight, I worked my last16 hour shift for the week without a lunch break, lifted patients 3 times my size, got off 2 hours later than normal, and still had to drive 3 hours to where my home is to find my truck gone. I understand that someone got upset, called to have me towed, but I called all 3 locations that say they're open 24 hours to no answer. I needed to take my punishment, and drive home so I can clock in TOMORROW at my part time job at 7am. I had to call in. If nobody is going to answer the phone 24 hrs a day, remove your hours from google. I'm literally not asking for a thing, but to answer the phone so I can go home.
