Arin is one of the kindest and most attentive people. We live in Costa Rica, and I contacted him looking for replacement parts for my shower valve, which I had been unable to find anywhere in our country. I had already called several other stores without any luck. Not only did he manage to get the parts for us, but he went above and beyond by personally delivering them to my husband’s hotel. I truly appreciate his kindness, effort, and willingness to go the extra mile to help us!

Edward is super responsive and endlessly patient, providing quote after quote until I found all the odds and ends I needed.
I price checked everything and no one beats them! It’s so great to peruse the products in real life and have someone to bounce ideas off of.
Do yourself a favor and skip the online shopping and big box stores. Enjoy the old fashioned experience of shopping in person with a real human who knows his products and will pick up the phone to call the vendors if you have a question he can’t answer or special request for your order.
Searching online for faucets is a pain when search results give what's popular, not what you need. I needed something specific for retrofitting a shower. So much time was saved simply by showing up here and describing what I was looking for. The salesperson showed exactly what we needed and the price was not higher than other places. I will not hesitate to return when we need plumbing fixtures.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Purchased a wall-hung Toto toilet with a bidet from Townsend. Throughout very communicative and quick to respond on calls. Free delivery within SF included as well. Price was also better than other options online I found. Hopefully we won't need another new toilet soon but if we do, I'd buy again from Townsend.
We only had a small project of updating kitchen faucet and soap dispensor etc. I went to multiple places to look for the perfect hardware. Even before they knew the size of my project, I was surprised at how often I was ignored at many places. I never felt invisible at Townsend. Both when I was in the store, or followed up via email or phone, Arin promptly and patiently answered questions and suggestion options. He provided quote after quote while I went through numerous options for the perfect faucet. Once I finally found the right items, Townsend's pricing was the best and the products were delivered on time. They have a large selection of items on display, helped me research options, and answered every question I had (and I had alot of them).
Townsend Showroom has a large selection of very nice bathroom remodeling supplies. Edward and Ada provided excellent service. Ada took time to show and explain to us things in detail. We purchases several things including a couple specialty items at a very good discount. All transactions went without a hitch. The whole enchilada! The selection for kitchens and bathrooms is huge, the team knows their stuff and is very resourceful. The prices can't be beat! The delivery is on time and the whole process is transparent and easy!
