Customers frequently cite rapid response times, often arriving within thirty minutes, along with friendly and professional communication throughout the towing process. Reviewers note that staff handle various requests, from jump starts to long-distance transport, with efficiency and courtesy. However, some lower-rated feedback highlights concerns regarding high costs for short-distance moves, while one instance mentions a delay caused by vehicle maintenance issues.

I called about towing my kid’s car to the dealer but asked if they could try jump starting the car first before towing. They helped my kid get their car started and even doubled checked that they were okay. They were there within 30 minutes when other companies said it would take up to 2 hours.

The gentleman that towed my car was very service minded. Saved me a mile walk in the sun, and dropped my keys with the auto shop for me. Would use them again, though I hope I won't need to ha.

They were friendly people but their time management could be better. I set an appointment and it’s a hour late due to vehicle issues. But I hope they can get their gear up to maintenance so this wouldn’t happen again! But overall they got my Toolbox to where it needed to be, with no harm. Thank you gentlemen.
